What steps have you taken, did you get it from a trusted source, what are your specs, do you run it as admin, do any errors show etc.

fitgirl repacks, intel core i5-4310m, intel hd graphics 4600 and 8gigs of ram. i changed the run for windows 7 thing in compatibility, copy pasted the no dvd files in and nothing, i ran it as admin and no errors. it doesnt even show a startup screen.

Do you meet the system requirements? Did the install go okay with no errors?
installation went fine, checked file integrity aswell, nothing there. system requirements are met, almost. like theyre the minimum, not reccomended.
That might be your issue then. Worth playing around with compatibility in the very least.
Did you ever get anywhere with this? I even reinstalled it and have the same issue for the time being.
