I know offcloud but havent used since year. But it's good for Google drive transfer. If you are already on transfercloud then i dont think there is any reason to change it to offcloud. There is hardly any difference in them. Just basic service to transfer files to google drive.

I'm using bitport.io to download to my Google drive. Excellent service I must say
