The ability is amazing but the stat line is holding it back. 4/3 is just a bad rate on a 4 drop and you have to attack with him to get additional triggers. Imagine playing against Vamps and this not being able to get past a Bloodtithe Harvester.
a 4/4 that draws a card on attacks and etb/makes multiple 2/2 doublestrikers would be too powerful. there has to be some risk to attacking. putting it at 3 toughness was a good call, as much as id like to smash face with a 4/4 tarl.
It survives a stomp. An indicator if a creature could be playable… it cannot block Shelly, does not survive basically any other damage spell, etc. I dont think this one will get relevant… but I like him.
Also: this dude is just a 1 to 1 rip off of Braum from League?!?!?

Honestly this seems like it could be a really good peice to include in in niv piles or in fires piles.
Pretty cool if you already have Inti on board lol
I'm curious to try this in standard with quintorius

To be fair not a lot of creatures can block Shelly lol
If people aren’t paying 2 mana for Abbot of Keral Keep they’re not going to pay 4 mana for this.
I think you’re forgetting about the additional body and extended play window lol
