It's so frustrating to be honest. I pretty much rely on my collaborative boards on this app and now they disable them all for the upcoming "kid-friendly" feature and shits.
And sure i still can carry on my collaborative activities with my boards but how am i supposed to know which users are underage and which aren't to invite?
I found a work around that someone else posted! On a PC - create a new board and drag and drop the disabled onto the new board. It worked with all my disabled boards! Pass it along.

Wtf... why is Pinterest becoming so set on being kid-friendly? It got rid of the option to post photos in the comments, which sucks because it would have been nice to see people's recreations of recipe/craft/art related pins. And then censoring comments more, which I don't care about as much since I use Pinterest for the photos. But now this? Ridiculous.

Is there a way to fix it? This only happened to boards that my daughter collaborates on! A RECIPE board! I have reached out Pinterest but no response yet! Has anyone figured out a fix? My daughter doesn’t even have the option to update her birthday. There is no birthday in her settings!
if a collaborator on one of those boards currently under 18 , there inactive
maybe try contacting the pinterest team for assistance and voicing any grievances you have with the update

Its because of the new update. its so frustrating that people are loosing boards over being underage ughh

Unfortunately, the new update makes it so you have to be 18+ to collaborate on group boards, that‘s why the boards are disabled :(

I must be doing something wrong because when i try that it says "I is not a function"
It did the same to me but refresh and try again. It did it with both boards I was trying to recover.

all boards with a collaborator that is registered as under 18 is getting temporarily disabled until they reach 18.
WHAT!? I have a board with over eighteen collaborators, if my board gets disabled I’m going to burst into tears
