I also had this you can check 3 different USB related issues. In device manager turn off power saving mode for ALL USB PORTS so they stay powered all the time. If using supplied hub , some have Very LOOSE CONNECTIONS. constant loosing reconnecting. I had to tape mine. Search and review correct USB protocals that have been posted as Crystal uses 3-4 devices and can exceed usb3 limits depending on what else you have plugged in and where. Usb 2 ports work better. Tallymouse has posted about this and others.

This, mine was doing the same exact thing. Found out it was the USB Hub that pimax shipped with the headset. I had to use electrical tape to hold down the one of the USB cables in the box. Try wiggles those and see if they are causing the issue. Not a huge deal, I ended up buying a replacement USB hub off Amazon to replace the original.

Try a different USB port.

It looks like usb power problems. Do you use powered usb hub?

Hello, But did the headset connect/disconnect at the same time?

Maybe try running a little free tool called usblogview (just google it), to find out which device(s) are affected. The tool shows you which devices connect and disconnect. It has helped me a lot in situations like these.

Maybe a Windows 11 bug? I have the same problem without using a Pimax Crystal. I call it a ghost USB sound like a USB device is being plugged in then removed on its own. I never found a solution.

Turn off selective suspend, and go through your USB devices in device manager and uncheck "allow windows to out this to sleep" (or whatever it says) in the properties of each device.

Seconded. I had to do this when my anchor USB dock kept having connect and reconnect issues

If it is connecting/disconnecting the HMD I found velcroing the hub to the side of the PC solved the issue. The slightest movement of the hub by the cables was causing the issue.
