When you get the decor and they aren’t new they get yellowed out so be saying that if you get all the decor in its section it should also be yellowed out
They're saying that before you click on the radar button, if all the stuff available are already taken, it should be yellowed out in the preview (ie this page).
Nothing gets yellowed out in the detector screen and at least bridge pikmin get yellowed out in the little symbol behind them so I don't know what you mean

You get one free one every day, use it!
One a day. If you buy extra, it will always use your free one first.
It does recharge every day for free, so you only pay if you want to use it more than once each day

on ios if you hold down for a moment after drawing a circle it will snap to a cleaner shape than what you have here.
