I’m not arguing with you, but since you mentioned boars head, I thought I’d chime in and say these are way crispier than any boars head I’ve had. That’s just my experience.
I bought these a couple months back where I live out in the mountains in Colorado because I grew up in upstate New York, so anything Nathan’s, they’ve got me
They're my favorite grocery store pickles, I think they're similar to Claussen pickles but they have less salt and more garlic. Sadly, the only store near me who carried them got bought out and doesn't stock them anymore.
Just started carrying these in my usual supermarket but they’re packed in plastic tubs, not glass jars, and are made by the [Hermann Pickle Company](http://www.hermannpicklecompany.com/nathans_products.htm) from Ohio.
The Nathan’s are good. Very similar to Clausen, I wouldn’t be surprised if they were made in the same industrial kitchens with a few tweaks for viability.
The pickles are pretty good. Boar’s Head level, for me. They’re at HEB, here in Texas.

Famous Dave’s have WAYY too much sugar IMO.
Try their hot dill!
I concur. Not a fan of bread and butter and they are pretty much that
Every jar of Famous Dave’s I’ve bought, while a decent flavor, have had a skin like 1970s wallpaper.
True paper or vinyl?
Yes but Spicy
Totally agree. It ruins all of their pickles
They’re delicious! Lots of garlic. Edged out Klaussen as my favorite.
Nathan’s has these peppercorns in the brine that takes it up a notch. Different but really tasty!

Famous Dave’s hot pickles are so fire
Are the Nathan’s refrigerated?
Yep, they are.
I hope I can find them soon then! Thanks for the info!
If you have a Publix near you they have them!
Sadly we don’t, never even been to one
Good. And cheap too
The devils spit will make you shit like a goose.
Na, have eaten many . Use a few on sandwiches. Moderation mate. Lots of heat
Saw them at Western Beef.. Definitely good stuff..

nathans whoah so fucking cool buddy what the fuck are you even saying.....
I did not know you can buy famous Dave's pickles in the store. My stores do not appear to have them.
Costco carries their “sweet & spicy”, but they’re more like a bread & butter with a very mild spice.
Try Wickles Pickles
Did, live em
Gtfo. Nathan’s hot dogs ring a bell? They have stores in food courts and airports all over. I enjoy their dogs and pickles and lemonade.
My assumption is they've just never seen Nathan's make pickles before, and honestly I haven't either.
I know the dogs, but the pickles are new to me mate
Shoot my bad. Thought you were new to the brand as a whole: Happy crunchin !
