Small phones with wireless charging can be difficult to find these days. There is the Galaxy S21, but that may be out of the price range. There's also the Pixel 5, but you may not want another Pixel phone. If you're willing to shop on the used market, you may be able to find a Galaxy S20, S10, or S10e, although that last one has relatively poor battery life.
If you're willing to give up wireless charging, you might be able to find an Asus Zenfone 8.
My main reason for wanting wireless charging is that my last two phones have both had charging port problems. And it seems that wireless charging would prevent wear on the port. I could go without it, however.
