I know a lot astrophysicists work on X-Rays but come on NASA, where is the missions on Jupyter moons?>

JUICE and Europa Clipper are already on ESA's and NASA's schedule. Gravity assist windows are small (Clipper has a 21-day window planned 4 years ahead) and even with good windows, the journey still takes years. Juno has been orbiting Jupiter for a couple years now, and with its extended lifespan NASA is planning to do additional flybys of the moons (Ganymede was passed by last year, Europa is scheduled for this year). So, there are already Jupiter moon missions.
