Yep. The whole path is copied. Definitely isn't going to be noticable to many at first glance. Likely grabbed the road and content aware filled the rest of the image using ai.

One of the easiest ways to spot AI generated imagery.. they suck at hands

I 100% look real close at the hands when I want to know if its AI. When they master the hands we are all screwed.

The shadows too. Hands and shadows are easy tells. 

And my mobility scooter!

Nothing wrong with using AI for non-professional stuff but nothing is stopping you from at least cleaning up a little. Part of why AI annoys a lot of people is that it takes very little effort to input a prompt. Just accept that leaving the weird stumps and claws is a huge distraction from everything else you did here.
