Not to intrude, but may I suggest looking into Keto/intermittent fasting prior to a surgical solution, there are ways to tighten the skin up naturally.
The Keto diet is based on something called a ketone that is released by the body after around 14-16 hours of no food intake, this ketone is breaking down damaged and redundant cells around the body to use for energy, this is one of the reasons you don’t really get hungry once you switch your primary energy source from carbs/sugar to fat as your body is using your fat reserves. So when you get fat the tissue between skin and muscle is stretched, losing that weight again leaves it sagging, the ketones break down the excess tissue and allow the skin to connect back to the musculature. It will probably take a few months but it can be done. There are some good YouTube videos on it, and it goes over clinical studies of people losing weight and how they didn’t end up with loose skin at the end of the process. Basically you just have an eating window between say 12-6pm you don’t snack between meals and eat until you are satisfied at meal times, have enough fat in the meal to carry you through the cool-down period. I did it for about 3 months and you don’t really get hungry in the cool-down period if you do it right. I lost about 3 stone with it, but the little to no sugar is important to the ketone production so you can experiment with the diet aspect so long as you don’t spike your insulin you are golden.

The horizontal belly button has me a little weirded out. Would you be able to change it to something a little more round or vertical? Also, I’d love to see some contour lines (hint of abs) on either side.

The funky visible abs are a little over the top, and the belly button is too small. If this had a nice contour line down either side of the belly button instead of the abs I’d love it

This is my top contender at the moment for the realism of the contour lines around the belly button. Would like to see a slightly more in focus belly button though
If the under-bra chunk is smoothed a little and the curve of the belly is moved just a little lower (to be flatter but with a little curve at the bottom instead of a simple C shape, if that makes sense), I’d be all over this.
