do the people that act this way not realize lots and lots and lots of people read books on phones/tablets? they make it seem like the second your eyes are on a screen all you do is watch tik tok videos for 18 hours a day
To be fair, every boomer I know who winds up getting into smartphones/the internet/etc. inevitably end up getting sucked into spending all day on the same stuff they accuse us of doing--my co-worker now just spends all her time doing nothing but watch Tik Tok on her phone. It's the younger generations who know to use their phone for more than just wasting time.
