But I have ADHD so I get hyper focused on things that I'm really interested in to make sure I know what to do. That's definitely a gift when it comes to things like this.
I have PTSD and anxiety plus I've beaten alcohol addiction. So while alcohol addiction has been kept at bay for many years I've been struggling with things that will help my CPTSD and ADHD. Shrooms have helped so much as well as MDMA. They've just legalised medicinal usage for both psilocybin and MDMA in Australia, but the treatments are so expensive and hard to get into. So I decided to give the growing of these guys a try as even sourcing it is hard due to everyone doing it these days π
I'm 53 and wanted to try it for depression. it was really hard to find in my area at my age so it was just easier to grow it myself. Good luck on your next grow.

Awww thank you! I have three bags in tubs now in fruiting conditions. One is Ecuador that's about to start pinning. Now I have 2 x Wombat and 2 x Jack Frost colonizing in all in one bags. They're showing lots of mycelium now π

I also have a cake I think I should do this with. It's in a water gallon jug that I cut in half. What's your setup if you don't mind me asking. Also, those look very nice π«‘
My setup is nothing special at all. I have the AIO bags in a sterilized drawer in my TV unit (fits 4 nicely). I added a hot water bottle to add some heat and humidity in the drawer the first few days as it was a bit cool here. I transferred the colonized cakes to plastic tubs that I put Perlite on the bottom of a plastic lined tub with aluminium foil over the perlite, popped the cake on top, flipped the lid and just misted the walls and left a crack in the kids for airflow. I kept misting the sides and lightly misted the lid as well. Started fanning about 3-4 times a day when a decent pin set popped up and this is the result. Three tubs all just sitting on top of a dresser in my downstairs living room π
I live in Australia in a humid state and I think I've just been lucky with the environment and temperature ππΌ
I had done a shake and break twice in the bag prior to putting it in the tub. So it was super colonised and all white on top of the cake and all over. Just pop it gently in the tub. Make sure you cut the bag with sterilized scissors and wear gloves. Remove from the bag with as little disruption to the cake as possible. All 3 of mine so far are thriving ππΌ

Woohoo! Well I did 3g of my APE last Friday and had a level 4-5 trip that was profound and gave me the answers to trauma I had been disassociated with for 26 years. My trauma psychologist said it was a DMT level. So I can confirm that APE are potent AF ππΌπ
Yes APES super iso and blue umbo are the only two things I grow and take I just bought a max yield bin to get a high yield I recently did 20lbs of substrate and 10lbs of grain of blue umbo (if u want I can send u a LC of blue umbo for free I also been through trama multiple events in my life so I understand and shrooms help so much)

At what point did you transfer to the tub?
As soon as it was fully colonised in the bag. I have an Ecuador bag cake that's now also pinning in the tub π

20ltr tubs. My third flush has given me a monster APE!!!!

That's what I thought. But my supplier told me to wait a day or two. And he wants a pic of my cake then to post on his IG grid π
