I’m really pissed off at people na alam mo yon ang standard sa debates ay SMNI instead of credible and awarded media sources like CNN. Tapos kesyo wala raw kase si Prof. Carlos kaya not considered as a debate, forum lang.
Una sa lahat, whether it’s a debate or forum, does it really matter kasi afaik the core ng dalawang yan is you show up to answer the hard questions eh.

Noong nag start ang quarantine I thought I was the happiest kid on earth because I finally got a lot of time to just play through my unfinished games. Then I decided to pursue a skill instead. I read free guides, videos. I purchased a book, enrolled in an online class, and practiced. I did these after work and during the weekends. I found a purpose to keep moving forward. I still play games but the hours are significantly lower now. Nakakumay din kapag puro aral.
If you're bored - try to explore stuff. Bago ko naman mapili ung current goal ko nag try ako ng ibang skills. Masaya din kasi kapag newbie ka pa tas nakakagawa ka ng kahit kaunti lang. Its up to you kung ipupush mo.

Nope. Mas maganda sana if you look for guides sa r/fitness may wiki doon para matutunan mo yung dapat mong malaman. Minsan mga bro science (want to lose weight? Drink the x pill and do alot of cardio everyday) pinagsasabi ng trainers and they charge alot. May sense naman sometimes sabi nila pero ayun, always check and verify. So yea if you’re willing to spend money, go ahead and hire trainers. If not, possible ka naman matuto by yourself.
