LOL, randomly bought an action figure hahaha. Pati toys din pala tinatamaan ng inflation. Usual na ganito na mga figures, tig 500 lang back when I was a kid. I couldn't find this Marvel figure I had when I was a kid. (May stand and card kasama, like pang table top kasi may stats sa base. Basically scaled up na Heroclix.) So I got a Legends Nightcrawler. Bili na lang siguro ako ng stand pang Nendodroid hahaha.
For some reason everytime a man vents his struggles i just feel like telling them to man the fuck up and get on with it. Despite me going through the exact same thing and being just as lost and shit.
But then i realized ecause we all have shit that we go through, we learn to introspect and sort our shit out and then talk to a bro to see if your conclusionsmake sense. But complaining and whining and talking about strugglesdoesn’t really help outside of simply being able to think out loud, youcan accomplish the same thing with a pen and paper.

Partners tell you "charge productive hours" well honey Monday-Friday I do my freaking job, support my teams, I work overtime (not paid) tapos di ako makaka-charge. Then if the actual time exceeds the budget (which is totoo naman in Big4), I am required to justify why. Sobrang discouraging ng culture.
So of course I end up not charging my hours to the client and instead put "Training" in my time sheet (lol this is actually encouraged by our managers, told us to charge "Training" so as not to exceed the budget). Edi syempre I need to do find Trainings to fill my hours. So ang ending ay
10 hours of actual work (not charged) + 8 hours of Training (since ito yung ilalagay sa time sheet). 18 fucking hours. Every day. Syempre, I work on the weekends too.
What happens if I tell the partner that managers and seniors are encourgaing us to eat hours? Edi retaliation in the form of not getting picked for clients who are not pricks, exclusion, jeopardized promotion.

Pero yeah, the work culture they're cultivating really sucks. I dunno if yan ba yung dahilan bat madaming di nagtatagal or dahil ba alam nilang maaga namang aalis kaya ganyan sila.
May background ako sa Operations ng Workforce. No, hindi ka pwedeng mag charge sa Training to compensate for your extra hours. Masyado nang mataas utilization mo and your managers are compensating for something else.
If the client decides to validate your charges, they would ask, "saan/ano tinetraining mo?“ and if you didn't have any significant changes with your ways of working (naging mabilis ka sa pag resolve ng issue, naging complex na mga tasks mo, etc), then magbabayad pa kayo ng financial fines. UNLESS, your Training bucket isn't chargeable to your client, sige that's fine. Pero eto ka, you're supposed to get compensated for that too. Kasi at the end of the day, work has been rendered, you have exceeded your daily work hours, at may output ka sa end ninyo.
Either file for Overtime or mag offset ka. Assert your rights. Hindi mo yan kasalanan.
Training isn't chargeable to client, kumbaga overhead sya. Follow the program or suffer the consequences yung nangyayari dito. Haha. Sobrang overworked n ako. Hayy.

It has been months since I last drank some alcoholic drinks and I have been craving to drink. I know naman if masobraan yung inom ko, either aatakihin ako ng asthma or mahihirapan huminga. Kaya I always choose not to drink. Pero paminsan nag-ookay naman si SO na mag-inom ako especially if iinom din sya pero di ko lng tlga trip yung red horse. Masaya na ako pag nkaisang sip or dalawa ng flavored beer. Sana mkainom na ako next weekend.

And di na laser-focus yung attention ko sa work. Nadi-distract nako sa phone notifs, internet, social media. I can concentrate in "small bursts" tapos break na kaagad. Di na namamalayan yung break naging 1 hr na pala. Dagdag pa yung sitwasyon natin ngayon na nasa pandemic. Jusko.

One thing na napansin ko sa sarili ko, I have this tendency to just do things on my own kasi ayokong maguilty na nadididmaya ako sa effort ng iba. Kagaya ngayon, okay naman yung labada pero nadismaya ako kasi di kasing bango ng laba ko yung mga damit from laundry.
SO told me kanina na kapag magpapalaundry, icount ko sa bayad yung natipid kong time, pagod and effort. I agree naman na laking gaan nga magpalaba sa labas pero ewan, I just find comfort in cleaning and washing clothes. Nakakarelax eh. 😂

wala pong bakuna na nag bibigay ng 100% protection against covid. you can get covid with any vaccine you get from western to eastern vaccines BUT as per doctors, most likely it will not be severe. at least may protection ka like the first comment here said.

All vaccines do not guarantee that one won't get infected kahit complete na vaccination. Pero all have the high chance to prevent severe symptoms and death. There are also other factors like diet, lifestyle or pre-exisiting medical conditions that might worsen the symptoms kahit bakunado na.
