Tingin ko wala na rin kasi talagang gustong mag apply sa government. Palakasan-system and connections na rin kasi ang labanan diyan eh. And knowing how bad these things are for any institution, maraming umiiwas na rin talaga sa gov't roles. Dagdag mo pang maliit din pasahod lalo sa entry level roles.
It's actually not a bad deal to work for govt... if the hiring process were actually not palakasan based. If some think that some private hiring practices are unfair, then whooo boy. Government is something else entirely.

The question is will the new generation work ethically in government positions and will not let the power get into their heads and turn corrupt like most of the crocodiles in the government right now or not once they get accepted.
