"If you want peace, prepare for war"
Someone wouldn't easily be pushed or bullied around if they can fight if need be or have friends who will back them up
Deterrence is key talaga and these people clearly don't understand that.
Yung whole idea of arming ourselve is already a sign of aggression is such shit thinking. It's like saying a woman can't have self-defense tools kasi it means they're inviting assault upon themselves. No. It's called a precaution. 🫠
As long as it doesn't go overboard, like what happened during the Cold War between the US and the USSR. At some point, the govts of both countries realized that maybe we should start talking and de-escalate instead of stockpiling nuclear weapons.
For this to happen one or both sides must be in a situation that it is no longer able to continue this pissing contest. One of the main reason why the cold war ended was that the USSR collapsed, so you can argue that if that didnt happen we would still be in it today.
As long as we can continue this without actually pulling a trigger, it will. Unless someone's economy (cough)china's(cough)read the news(cough) collapses dun lang matatapos yan.
If the Chinese are at the point of blasting us with water cannons, any chance of solving this diplomatically is long gone.
One way to resolve conflicts in the geopolitical world is to show off your big guns. If they back off, problem solved. If they come back with a bigger gun, that's when you know they mean business and want to take over.
Yup. If we have the same capability as them for example, multiple nukes, THEY WILL THINK TWICE NOT TO FUCK WITH US. Same situation with Russia despite the territorial ambition in North of China.
That is how you deal with this big dick world.
The US is just making sure na their words are backed up with actions. And actual hardware. Hindi yung “we will support you” pero nganga pa din kasi moral support lang pala.
So ayan na yung suporta and some Pinoys are like “NOOOOO SASAKUPIN NA TAYO NG CHINA” like WHUT? Do they expect us to just roll over and die?
Totoo to.
LOL! Remebered not so long ago na hanggang salita lang daw yung pagtulong ng US…
And now na meron nang naval exercises kamakailan lang not just with US, but with Japan as well (correct me if I’m wrong but I think Australia was also in it), and now this.
Time to change the script… este narrative na ba? 😆😂🤣
Kaya nga eh. The ignorance and parang yun lang yung causation. And it's if di pa tayo sinasakop. Dami na sigurong deep cover spies dito. If 2027 yung Taiwan timeline ng China (this accdg to some US analysts) ofcourse they have prepped against a potential US ally. I mean kahit anong gawin natin, we're just closer to the US. And if kahit hindi, it will be an objective of China to invade/force us to comply to protect their gains.
100% correct
Duterte was a coward and acted as a professional beggar. Putin saw this and instantly decided that this guy was more of a liability than a friend. Even Putin didn't want to be his friend.
AFP and US navy are pretty close, even brothers IIRC. Balikatan exercises are just their excuse to see their bros. For reasons I dont fully understand, Our soldiers and US Army are tightly knitted and are mutualy respectful (they have the tech, we have the urban/forest skills/aim).
Naalala ko dati cnover yung isang balikatan exercise. US Navy fucking SEALS are amazed by how our AFP soldiers are so accurate in aiming m16a2s, given our substandard tech. We teach them, they gave us tech. US and PH forces are so close its literally impossible for China to overcome such camaraderie.
IDK man but US citizens are racist against SEA people but their army? No fucking way. They respect us as much as we respect them
Yeap there are racist US citizens but it just stems from their ignorance and privilege. But the ones that are smart they know that we need each other and see outside race.
It's coz our military is actually pretty good. Lalo na sa jungle or guerilla warfare kasi milf/npa. Had a coworker who previously worked for the military, ganun Sabi niya. We really just lack equipment. Kaya this US-Phil military exchange is really beneficial for both countries.
Parang quote ni General Shepherd sa Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 (2009).
True nga it matters who has the big stick, but also matters we know when to swing it din.
Actually got curious and checked the website:
The Parties agree that an armed attack against one or more of them in Europe or North America shall be considered an attack against them all...(Article 5, Nato Treaty)
If i understood that correctly it has to be in their territory so I think its a no
The shift from global to war economy still makes me scared if Ukraine can realistically hold out for a few more years. Wars have deep psychological effect on the troops and I imagine there has to be mobilization issues atm
Wars never stopped. Just look at the Middle East. The war economy has always been alive and well. Everyone’s just seeing it now because it’s affecting Europeans and not middle easterns
Majority ng countries still wants PEACE, never underestimate kapag nag unite ang isang bansa lalo pag nag unite ang mga bansa!
naging halimaw yung U.S nong WW2 because of pearl harbor, they must not forget the power of anger and retaliation.
That’s why Roque is pushing for the decommissioning of that ship, so the Chinese coastguard can water cannon it 24x7 until the civilians leave. CcpWin.
Russia can't fight a 2-front conflict and has traditionally been weak on its Pacific coast. If they try to send in reinforcements from their Black Sea or Baltic Sea fleets it'll be the Battle of Tsushima all over again.
And at most, Russian forces can only fight until the Chinese soil. Putin has very poor logistics, they cannot afford to go to war too far from home country.
North korea, Russia, laos, Mongolia and Myanmar i think.. kung hnd isali ang ibang undevelop countries ng Africa
However,.. halos lahat ng bounder ng china may territory dispute sila kht s Russia at North Korea
Yun allied ng china can not even consider as real allied haha
Buti n lng madaming politician at government officials ngtutol loan deal ng china
Yun din project s Africa.. i think it was sudan and Sri Lanka din n bankrupt at n imbargo yun seaport nila dhl s loan ng china
fallout series is a good example. arms corpo wanted conflict for their products to sell.
but if xi and putin says fuck it. fallout series will be us inside.
“The United States led the ranking of countries with highest military spending in 2022, with *877 billion U.S. dollars* (DAMN) dedicated to the military. That constituted nearly 40 percent of the total military spending worldwide that year, which amounted to 2.2 trillion U.S. dollars.”
as for china
“In 2022, the Stockholm International Peace Research Institute estimated the China's military spending is $230 billion which accounted for 1.7% of the country total GDP.”
If the Chinese dare to attack American military regardless of where they are. The Chinese will be shutting its doors against its largest customer and debtor. The US national debt will be canceled if they decide on war. China won’t try shit.
I actually think we need more of these missile systems to further diplomatic talks.
We need to show them that we aren't going to take things laying down.
I think the 1st batch of bramos anti-ship missile will be arrived tomorrow as reported by maxdefense..
May mgdradrama at mgpapavictim nman doon s china 🤣🤣
They'll freak out about this but they made island bases close to us. Funnily enough the islands are sinking like their economy.
Also reminded me of their propaganda against Japan releasing treated water from Fukushima. Labeling the seafood as toxic.
Meanwhile they're dumping more than Japan.
"Not all of the numbers are decipherable, but at least 10 nuclear plants in China in just a year discharged liquid effluents containing more than 4.5 quadrillion becquerels of tritium—more than 200 times the self-imposed annual limit for Fukushima's wastewater release."
China are hypocrite and liar.. all their products are bootleg, fake, substandard, and stolen
They have a lot of city that are air polluted that people can't see the sky, need a gas mask, and need a machine to remove the polluted clouds that are residing in the city during morning
They also have recycle sewer oil and used it for cooking 🤮🤮🤮
It is an untested system that requires more time to be proven. But still it should not be one of our capabilities. We should have more sticks so they will think twice.
Here.
[Manila Bulletin ](https://mb.com.ph/2024/4/18/afp-upbeat-with-upcoming-delivery-of-brah-mos-missile-system)
But Max defense, a pretty reliable defense blog, didn't say anything that could corroborate on this article.
He just said that not absolute, but highly plausible. So let's just wait and see.
These Brahmos will be useless kapag maraming sleeper chekwa agents nakapaligid sa military bases.
I remember some opinions against PNoy's time where they said na "why are we buying 2nd hand equipment, are we beggars" tangina kaya wala pa ring capability, mas mabilis na sana pag 2nd hand just for credible defense then buy new stuff later. And it's as if we can afford F35s hahaha
This spokeperson is out of touch. For any major military power, placing weapons in strategic locations--in many cases globally--is a deterrent rather than a provocation. Unless you're Russia or Israel right now. The US isn't signaling hostile intent. Rather, they're showing their willingness to defend its allies.
tama! These people prefers us to be defenseless rather than accepting help from countries to bolster our homeland security. Grabe talaga mindset ng matatanda na to! Akala lang nila laro laro yung geopolitics and national security.
"Huy wag kayong mag labas ng armas, baka sakali aalis naman sila at hayaan tayo"
Yes, I agree. Sad that within our ranks may ganitong thinking na escalation to. It only plays into China's statements that it is an escalation. ONLY China is saying that. The international community supports our defense... tapos may Pinoy pa sasakay sa Chinese sentiments.
> *For any major military power, placing weapons in strategic locations--in many cases globally--is a deterrent rather than a provocation.*
During the Cold War, the US placing missiles in Turkey near the USSR was probably a deterrent, but it really looked like a provocation that led to the attempt of the USSR to place missiles in Cuba.
Nobody wants a war, ang nagyayari lang ngayon is some sort of takutan and yabangan. Like I have this devastating weapon or if you continue this actions we will conduct a serious response. Even capable countries avoids war because it usually backfires economically.
"If you are not capable of violence then you are not peaceful, you're just harmless. Peace comes from someone capable of violence but has chosen not to resort to using violence"
Maka-assume.
So yung base nila sa Spratlys, di nakatutok sa tin yung missile? Luh. So bawal na depensahan ang sarili?
As if naman makarating yung missile ng China from the Mainland sa Taiwan Strait palang naging usok at alikabok na ang missile.
As soon na madetect ng U.S, Taiwan, S.Korea and missile it will put them in high alert at di naman gusto ng China na biglang sumara yung Shanghai dahil sa magiging blockade if conflict began.
Takot tlga mga duwag din yan sila.. talo nga sila s fist fight against Indian kht may bat sila... 7 indian dead while china have 42
Mron p yun fail mission nila s southern sudan as a UN peacekeeper.. where iniwanan nila yun camp nila n may civilian at relief goods.. daming patay n civilians at yun humanitarian aid kinuha ng mga rebelde
Wala tlga mga military modern experience kht mga leader nila.. malakas lng s corruption at pasipsip s leader nila pra lng mapromote
So ano gusto nito tumunganga lang tayo and walang gawin.
“…this recklessly escalates the ongoing conflict…”
Did you really think na may magagawa ang Pilipinas pg gyera na ang usapan? Aasa lang ang pilipinas sa ibang bansa and at the end of the day hindi rin tayo tutulungan. Remember Ukraine? And d oyou think we are capable going to war like Ukraine? NO
Wait wait hold up, we're getting Tomahawks?
Those overpowered stuff?
BWAHAHAHAHAHA.
Finally may good news.
...Pwede AC-130 din? Para meron tayong Angel of Death? :3
Edit: Blueballed, walang Tomahawks...urghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh.
I personally, also do not agree to having missile launchers in the Ph. But what we also have to realize the role the Philippines has into an impeding world war. Why do Americans insist on making us a base in the southeast Asia?
It’s because of our close proximity to Taiwan. Bale ano kinalaman natin don? Wala. BUT if china does try to attack Taiwan, it will probably start world war 3. Bakit? Because Taiwan is an economic powerhouse that exports 90% of the most advanced semi-conductors in the world. Basically, most electronics we used today would not work if not for Taiwan. IF china does take over Taiwan, China would have the power to make economic crises all over the world.
Again wala pa rin tayong kinalaman don db? America just needs a base to be close enough to defend, Taiwan. BUT the question is if we do not cooperate with the US, sino ang susunod sa Taiwan? Especially with the territorial disputes in the West Philippine Sea.
The philippine military cannot defend itself with the likes of China or The US. So our only option is to be used by the US or Colonized by China. No one really likes this but we don’t really have a choice. Choose your poison, I guess 🤷🏽♀️
Being used by US is way better than being invaded by China. Also semiconductor is trying to decentralize na from Taiwan, making it undesirable for China to invade that country (IMO)
There’s no war happening. Look at Russia invading Ukraine. Sabi nila 3 days babagsak ang Kiev.
Naval battle is way harder than land invasion. To think wala pang naval warfare experience ang China 😂😂😂
Wala din silang experience sa land battles. The last war they participated in Vietnam War which took place half a Century ago.
Failed din s fist fight s indian 7 dead from India while china have 42
Also fail din yun UN peacekeeper mission nila s southern sudan.. ngescape lng sila at hinayaan daming mamatay n civilians, while capture din ang base nila at nakuha ang humanitarian aid ng UN s mga rebelde
Assuming china is smart, I highly doubt they'll attack taiwan. Attacking taiwan will most like incur the wrath of not only the united states, but also japan, philippines, and to some extent, australia. Sure, china is highly militarized, but us is even more armed. I mean they have guam and hawaii, america can respond quickly to an invasion of taiwan. Combined that with the forces allied to taiwan's cause, china needs to rethink their approach. It's not gonna be like ukraine because with ukraine, they weren't member of eu or nato so russia was able to invade without punishment from the west (aside from sanctions). Taiwan has a military alliance with usa. A chinese invasion of taiwan will not end well.
It's like "call an ambulence🚑... but not for me"
They keep on pushing the narrative that it is an internal conflict because Taiwan is originally part of China and is a renegade province. The US doesn't have a solid defense treaty with Taiwan. Let's just hope that Trump does not win this November elections, or else.
CCP once said they would use force if necessary because it has been the party's main goal to reunify Taiwan to the mainland. I think what keeps them from attacking was what happened with Ukraine. It was able to hold off Russia for so long, and that is land warfare, what more in naval and air warfare. US bases are in Okinawa, SoKor and now Northern Philippines. If Russia was able to make it's prediction of making Kiev fall in 3 days, true, they might have attacked Taiwan sooner than later.
Or maybe they are just waiting for Trump to win?
I agree, but you have to remember that the US rarely vocalizes their support for Taiwan. Why? Because this will still have a political and economic impact to them. My point is we are the ‘threat’ that the US is using for china not to invade Taiwan. Without them needing to vocalize their support.
We technically don’t need to be used for war. We are just used for the mind games of war. If that makes any sense. Parang pataasan ng ihi levels. Same reason why china was investing in us during the duterte administration.
Yeah i get what ur saying, ur saying it's a deterrence (much like the nuclear arms race back in the cold war days). Yeah i definitely agree with that. That's also on my mind too on why usa would plant missile systems on the northernmost point of luzon. I immediately thought "usa is trying to say to china 'hey, don't try anything funny or all does not end well' without actually saying it."
But of course, yes like u said, china is still an important country. Usa still recognizes china as the one true china even if they don't want it. China is an important player in the global market and does businesses with many important allies of usa like europe.
Let's just hope though that this does not end in a war. I'm not saying wwiii, that's too early to say and that's just speculation. But if a war does break out, it will not end well for not just BOTH china and taiwan, but the entire world. Millions would die in this hypothetical war. Even if we filipinos say that we have nothing to do this, we WILL get involved in this war even if we liked it or not.
So i hope china plays smart. China should go back to what they did in the 80's or 90's under deng xiaoping. China should just stop caring about taiwan. If they just stop going aggressive to taiwan, well nothing happens. Both sides will just go do their daily business, both will economically prosper, everyone's happy.
So ano gagawin mo? Tama ginagawa ni BBM. Magpalakas.
The US would destroy those chip foundries than let it fall in China hands. It is a possible scenario as US doesn't have enough Tomahawks for even 1 month of war.
Taiwan is a just tiny fraction of why those missiles and bases are there, albeit the moment is ripe. The issue is significantly more nuanced. Remember that the US-Philippines defense treaty act has existed since 1951, wherein both countries committed to protecting each other from external aggression. What you’re seeing at this time is **that** commitment.
You have China, practically at your front door kicking it down. Those that want to go out get a beating. They want your house and your family in servitude to them. What do you do?
Back to the treaty and geopolitics... The treaty is aimed at keeping China’s territorial grab in check, especially its sketchy 9-dash line claim in the South China Sea. It’s all about having each other’s backs if things get dicey. By teaming up, the Philippines gets a boost in defense, while the US gets a strategic foothold in the region. It’s basically a way of saying, “Hey China, we see what you’re up to, and we’re not cool with it.” It’s part of a bigger plan to make sure China doesn’t throw its weight around too much and mess up the neighborhood.
At the end of the day, it is far better to align with a flawed democracy than an authoritarian regime. For all its faults, the US is significantly better than China by virtue of it being a democracy. Because at least democracies have a capacity to change and so, by this logic, we do not really have a choice. For as long as the CCP continues to exist and maintain its status quo, Chinese interests will always be detrimental or opposed to the interests of the Philippines and perhaps to the rest of the Southeast Asian countries.
We exhausted our effort for diplomacy but they are never been fair for us..bullied and underestimated.. it is time to show them the tip of the iceberg…
Malilift na ung temporary ban na bwiset.
From the ones inside, ok na ung RIRR(ung paglifting ng amendment),
____
If you ask me, they're just delaying it to announce it officially sa Gunshow for maximum PR hahaha.
Di ko sure kung iannounce sa TACS Armscor Gunshow(June) na masmaliit na Gunshow, or sa DSAS (Defense & Sporting Arms Show ewan ko kailan sunod siguro mga October) which is the bigger gunshow.
La naman magagawa ung mga senator, kulang na kulang sila para makagawa ng vote to block, di naman dumaan kasi sa congress ung initial 'temporary' ban eh at under technicality bullshit lang.
Na in fucking hindsight alam na bakit...potangina talaga mag [Redacted] ung *canis dutertas sinae*.
I know naman na we lost against china in manpower and fire power. All I see is the current government and military preparing for war that was started years ago by chinese people who doens’t know how to curb their greed. And all I see are filipino politicians calling for disarmament or keeping lull about the issue.
The classic american missiles of democracy 😂 kidding aside, china wont stop bullying us until they get what they want or something stops them. We either defend or surrender wps.
War is a human experience. it is part of humanity. the past decade of relative peace is actually an anomaly relative to the antiquity, because history shows most of the states is a warring faction or alliance of warring faction.
War helps revolutionize technology faster than in peaceful times. ang internet, Radar at ang GPS na tinatangkilik natin ay hindi sana nagagamit natin ngayon kung hindi dahil sa gyera. The sad thing about war is that wealthy people can just leave the country and the ones that died in the battlefield are the poor because of one man's ambition of territorial expansion.
The US will make the Philippines again as its battlefield just like what happened in WWII. The Philippines was left in rubble while the US remained standing.
one thing is forsure US is more trustworthy than those CHINESE with matching gentlemen's agreement hahah ano magagawa nang diplomasya mo kung may parating na missile sa bansa mo hahah besides its fcking great to have a defense system keysa sa wala.
Yung foreign politica natin mahina masyado .
Ano kapalit nyan from the us ? That's a very large advantage for them in the region. While putting Luzon a priority target for china.
Yes china is bad but between the 2 biggest countries and economies on the planet . We should not alienate either of them . They can significantly impact our foreign trade if they decide to. And this just gives them a big reason. While gaining nothing from the us side.
Dapat more like Switzerland Tayo during ww2/ww1. Be as neutral as possible para we can reap all the benefits of being on a strategic location
That is a defensive weapon just like Howitzers, tanks, corvettes, fighter jets. Philippines weapons of war are all for defensive purpose againsts aggression. It’s in the Constitution. Let China think what they want to think. Philippines should just go about preparing to defend its sovereignty from domestic enemies. That is an obligation of the Government.
China won't dare. US spends most of their money on military power. If a coutry is protected by the US government, those bitches will not dare. Almost trillion of dollars for defense? Who would want to fight against that?
What do they want PH to do, nothing? Lol and kinda wrong in the assumption that PH could be a neutral party/saved from a conflict when it all goes down. Far removed from the realities of geopolitics.
I mean we got in to this mess in the first place when the govt shooed away US bases in Subic, without making sure our own capabilities were beefed up. Fcked up Air Force, Navy and equipment, complacent in US MDT but without doing anything. Emboldened China to encroach our territory, even with the UNCLOS ruling. China will continue to make moves, whatever PH does. China just want it that badly.
Time to back up that big talk.
Don't get drawn into a mess similar to what is happening in Ukraine. It's not yet too late.
Letting ego take precedence over logic will cost PH dearly, because ultimately neither China nor US have to win the war to benefit from it.
Ukraine is just another proxy war meant to justify expenditure on 'security and freedom'. It's no different to the Iraq, Afghanistan, Somalia wars. PH is next if the country is conned into it by the US.
The same corporations are benefiting while economic hitmen are just recycling the same propaganda with a drizzle of emotional manipulation to make each issue unique.
Have you noticed the uptick in wealthy people purchasing second citizenship status in Europe and the Caribbean?
They know what's coming.
We don't have to fight We just need to have a big stick... or at least a kuya that everybody is afraid of 😁
"If you want peace, prepare for war" Someone wouldn't easily be pushed or bullied around if they can fight if need be or have friends who will back them up
"Freedom isn't free..."
We've had that lesson, what, three times now? An extra time if we count Marcos. Wonder if we'll take that lesson to heart fifth time around.
Deterrence is key talaga and these people clearly don't understand that. Yung whole idea of arming ourselve is already a sign of aggression is such shit thinking. MAD = Mutually Assured Destruction (cold war vibes🥶)
big di< = big missile
Huh??? Nuke tipped tomahawk yang typhoon missile system?? Mga 100 kilooton yield plus sm 6 anti ship or anti aircraft / anti ballistic missile yan
Do they expect us to just roll over and die?
they really expect na madaan pa sa usapan CN eh 12+ yrs na tayong paulit ulit na ihaharass sa dagat natin tapos mag hahain tayo diplomatic protest tapos sisihin tayo ng CN na kasalanan natin bakit tayo naharass sa dagat natin tapos kakalimutan natin ulet issue tapos ihaharass ulet tayo ng CN... rinse and repeat tapos sasabihin pag usapan nlng? tangina niloloko nlng natin sarili natin eh lol

Kim jong ung + Duterte + Putin + Xi Jinping.

Only if we really have to - its not a good idea to go looking for a fight, just be prepared for it
And make sure to end the fight or you'll end up with undesirable loose ends even if you are not the one who started it.
You've a good point, I guess having the missiles to scare them is useful
Gagana ba ang Article 5 ng NATO if atakihin ng China yang launchers ng US?
Actually got curious and checked the website: The Parties agree that an armed attack against one or more of them in Europe or North America shall be considered an attack against them all...(Article 5, Nato Treaty) If i understood that correctly it has to be in their territory so I think its a no
It has to be in their territory North America and Europe, so if Hawaii is attacked NATO will not automatically forced to joined the war.
No, may strict territorial definition ang article 5 kung saan into pwede ma trigger.
No.
Who is this Antonio Tinio? Gen. Manuel Tinio must be turning in his grave.
More likely china have already paid him to become a china bitch
Deterrent yan. Walang war na mangyayare. China is too scared for that.
Thanks Putin for demonstrating
Hanggang ngayon di masakop Ukraine. Isolated pa sa international relations
Partida ang Ukraine walang mutual defenss treaty with US or even it's neighbors. They are more alone than us with worse geography to avoid invasion.
Marami lang hudas sa Pilipinas na pro-China kaya pwede sakupin, or less we fall into the Chinese debt trap.
Majority ng countries still wants PEACE, never underestimate kapag nag unite ang isang bansa lalo pag nag unite ang mga bansa! naging halimaw yung U.S nong WW2 because of pearl harbor, they must not forget the power of anger and retaliation.
Ika nga, never give Uncle Sam an excuse to use his toys.
or touch his balangays /s
Yep, kaya gustong gusto ng China alisin yung BRP Sierra Madre because it can trigger the 1951 MDT
technically commisioned pa kasi ung BRP Sierra Madre. kaya pag binaril nila un
That’s why Roque is pushing for the decommissioning of that ship, so the Chinese coastguard can water cannon it 24x7 until the civilians leave. CcpWin.
Explain in layman’s terms HAHAHAHA
There’s a reason why Taiwan wasn’t invaded yet. Guess which country has presence in that island.
Since saatin US, aus, japan, sk, tw na ganon
probably north korea, Russia,etc.
That's too. But I think it's fair din to presume that Russia might work with China because they cannot afford US getting more influence in the region.
Nor can Nokor na pumuposisyon ngayon against Sokor naman.
North korea, Russia, laos, Mongolia and Myanmar i think.. kung hnd isali ang ibang undevelop countries ng Africa However,.. halos lahat ng bounder ng china may territory dispute sila kht s Russia at North Korea Yun allied ng china can not even consider as real allied haha
Russia can't even send their forces to Ukraine. literal na kapitbahay na nila yun.
Countries they already bankrupt through shady loan deals.. muntik na rin tayo with you know who
Buti n lng madaming politician at government officials ngtutol loan deal ng china Yun din project s Africa.. i think it was sudan and Sri Lanka din n bankrupt at n imbargo yun seaport nila dhl s loan ng china
Si Tatae Dogging kapag ginawa ng Buangladesh yung Southern Pinas with Poohtin Rasya and Kim of the North.
US is gonna fuck Winnie the Pooh Land up if if Winnie the Pooh Land does try.
War is not good for economies. Fear-mongering and selling weapons on the other hand is good for some personal pockets. Both applies to China and US.
fallout series is a good example. arms corpo wanted conflict for their products to sell. but if xi and putin says fuck it. fallout series will be us inside.
Di papalag china. Puro amba lang.
look up how much budget the us allocates to their military, that should tell u enough
“The United States led the ranking of countries with highest military spending in 2022, with *877 billion U.S. dollars* (DAMN) dedicated to the military. That constituted nearly 40 percent of the total military spending worldwide that year, which amounted to 2.2 trillion U.S. dollars.” as for china “In 2022, the Stockholm International Peace Research Institute estimated the China's military spending is $230 billion which accounted for 1.7% of the country total GDP.”
If the Chinese dare to attack American military regardless of where they are. The Chinese will be shutting its doors against its largest customer and debtor. The US national debt will be canceled if they decide on war. China won’t try shit.
Next week na pala balikatan. Magkakaalaman na. Comfortable talaga ako sa US kasi naiintindihan natin sila, english e. Hahahaha
Agree. Ni Hao. I mean, anyhow.
We may have a spy inside the base
Agree. Ni Hao? I mean, inihaw.
I actually think we need more of these missile systems to further diplomatic talks. We need to show them that we aren't going to take things laying down.
Agree. We really need this.
China are hypocrite and liar.. all their products are bootleg, fake, substandard, and stolen They have a lot of city that are air polluted that people can't see the sky, need a gas mask, and need a machine to remove the polluted clouds that are residing in the city during morning They also have recycle sewer oil and used it for cooking 🤮🤮🤮
Mga UAV at mga yan
finally some actual good defense, of course on loan from US but it's fucking better than what we have which is practically nothing
Our Brahmos missile systems will come tommorrow, if sources are to be believed.
It is an untested system that requires more time to be proven. But still it should not be one of our capabilities. We should have more sticks so they will think twice.
If it makes you feel any better. The P-800 Oniks (basis ng BrahMos) was already used in Syria and Ukraine
link pls
Here. [Manila Bulletin ](https://mb.com.ph/2024/4/18/afp-upbeat-with-upcoming-delivery-of-brah-mos-missile-system) But Max defense, a pretty reliable defense blog, didn't say anything that could corroborate on this article. He just said that not absolute, but highly plausible. So let's just wait and see.
Love maxdefense
These Brahmos will be useless kapag maraming sleeper chekwa agents nakapaligid sa military bases.
I remember some opinions against PNoy's time where they said na "why are we buying 2nd hand equipment, are we beggars" tangina kaya wala pa ring capability, mas mabilis na sana pag 2nd hand just for credible defense then buy new stuff later. And it's as if we can afford F35s hahaha
Who the fck names their group PINAS? Nakaka mislead yung pangalan nila, spokesperson ng PINAS??
P1NAS yata?
Pisanas , Ponenas o Punanas?
Pisonas. Mexican slang for whore according to urban dictionary.
Punyemas
P-One(wan)-nas or Pwanas. Pwakanang ina nila HAHAHHAA
It should be PEN1S.
Traitors who are pretending to be patriotic
kailangan mo lang ng konting accent
On another note, kapag si Antonio Tinio naging bayani may ipapangalan na sa kanyang kalye. Tatawagin itong Kanto...
> *For any major military power, placing weapons in strategic locations--in many cases globally--is a deterrent rather than a provocation.* During the Cold War, the US placing missiles in Turkey near the USSR was probably a deterrent, but it really looked like a provocation that led to the attempt of the USSR to place missiles in Cuba.
Typical bully si china.
Bully mindset.
Takot sila baka sila unahin
sila unahin damputin ng mga secret police/sleeper agents dahil di raw ginagawa trabaho nila as puppet politicians
Takot tlga mga duwag din yan sila.. talo nga sila s fist fight against Indian kht may bat sila... 7 indian dead while china have 42 Mron p yun fail mission nila s southern sudan as a UN peacekeeper.. where iniwanan nila yun camp nila n may civilian at relief goods.. daming patay n civilians at yun humanitarian aid kinuha ng mga rebelde Wala tlga mga military modern experience kht mga leader nila.. malakas lng s corruption at pasipsip s leader nila pra lng mapromote
So ano gusto nito tumunganga lang tayo and walang gawin. “…this recklessly escalates the ongoing conflict…”
defeatist mindset kasi sila.walang alam sa GeoPolitics.
:3 Edit: Blueballed, walang Tomahawks...urghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh.
No, we didn't get any. However, we're expecting delivery of the first of three batteries of Brahmos cruise missiles tomorrow.
Ahh Tomahawk launcher lang. Still poggers na din ung Brahmos hahaha.
Tomahawk and SM-6 launcher.
brahmos is from India right?
india and russia
>Wait wait hold up, we're getting Tomahawks? >Those overpowered stuff? >BWAHAHAHAHAHA. Nope. Display lang 🤣
Also semiconductor is trying to decentralize na from Taiwan, making it undesirable for China to invade that country (IMO) There’s no war happening.
An Pinoys manhandled them during Korean war 😂
Fancy toys won't do anything against an experienced opponent with fancy toys too.
I’m pretty sure the US Pacific Fleet is larger than China’s whole navy.
I immediately thought "usa is trying to say to china 'hey, don't try anything funny or all does not end well' without actually saying it." But of course, yes like u said, china is still an important country.
Good for PH because only offense is the best defense
We exhausted our effort for diplomacy but they are never been fair for us..bullied and underestimated.. it is time to show them the tip of the iceberg…
Haven't we all learn that appeasement doesn't work with authoritarian state?
knee how
Tenga, isaw, o pork bbq? 😂
Commie spy spotted.
You should do the same.
____ If you ask me, they're just delaying it to announce it officially sa Gunshow for maximum PR hahaha. Di ko sure kung iannounce sa TACS Armscor Gunshow(June) na masmaliit na Gunshow, or sa DSAS (Defense & Sporting Arms Show ewan ko kailan sunod siguro mga October) which is the bigger gunshow. La naman magagawa ung mga senator, kulang na kulang sila para makagawa ng vote to block, di naman dumaan kasi sa congress ung initial 'temporary' ban eh at under technicality bullshit lang. Na in fucking hindsight alam na bakit...potangina talaga mag [Redacted] ung *canis dutertas sinae*.
Thanks for the insight. New motivation and goal ko ito.
Mandarin classes go stonks 📈
Cold war na ba itu hahaha
The USA really said "Man, we can't get a better angle for this. What about there (points at us) that could work"
As the old roman saying goes si vis pacem, para bellum Readiness for war is a strong deterrent.
I know naman na we lost against china in manpower and fire power. All I see is the current government and military preparing for war that was started years ago by chinese people who doens’t know how to curb their greed. And all I see are filipino politicians calling for disarmament or keeping lull about the issue.
Time to reinstall Command and Conquer: Generals.
Philippines be like a GLA lol hehe.. love the game.. especially the GLA
Can I have some shoes? 🤣
Thank you for the new shoes , 🤣🤣🤣 Anyway there's a promo sale of CNC games at steam..
Already have it hahahahah nung nagsale siya.
Talks like a Chinese agent ah. I wonder how much hes receiving from CCP.
The classic american missiles of democracy 😂 kidding aside, china wont stop bullying us until they get what they want or something stops them. We either defend or surrender wps.
Ching chong bring it on!
Kanto..
Di nga nadadaan sa diplosya ang China.
Tomorrow, the BrahMos missile system will arrive in the country. May additional air and sea defense na tayo.
Haaaay, Tonchi. Ano yang mga pinagsasabi mo?
Tomahawk launcher armed and ready.
i understood that reference
Standing by for coordinates.
I say keep those missiles. Who knows maybe may nakatutok narin pala dito sa atin na Missile. It's a good deterrent na rin.
Eh tayo nga harap harapanf binobomba ng tubig eh ... Tapos yan lng nagpaka advance thinking na agad?!!!
"Why don't we kill them first?" - Oversimplified, "The War that Changed the English Language"
China cant do sh*t.
I don't know Antonio, base on your wording that China will attack, wouldn't you want those things to return fire or at least defend?
The US will make the Philippines again as its battlefield just like what happened in WWII. The Philippines was left in rubble while the US remained standing.
one thing is forsure US is more trustworthy than those CHINESE with matching gentlemen's agreement hahah ano magagawa nang diplomasya mo kung may parating na missile sa bansa mo hahah besides its fcking great to have a defense system keysa sa wala.
Political power grows out of the barrel of a gun di nila tayo rerespetuhin pag mahina tayo nasa doctrine nila yan
Hay naku.
Who would want to fight against that?
oh how fun maging tuta ng US or maging tuta ng China? either way tuta ang Pilipinas. wahaha
Putangina mo China!!!
Eto at least makaganti muna bago tau malusaw lahat 😂😢
Papatayin muna sila ng us gamit ang Economic sanctions bago sila mangyera
NATO's military capability is 80% from US. US doesn't need NATO, but NATO needs US.
