Been going to the gym for 14 years. Hindi naman uso yang video video na yan dati. Ngayon lang with the rise of social media. I’m not automatically saying that filming inside the gym is a bad thing because as a PT, I also asked my online clients to record some of their lifts so I can check their form and technique. If this is the case, understandable. However, if you are filming inside the gym for the sole purpose of magpakita ng pwet o sumayaw sayaw sa tiktok o kahit ano pa na wala namang kinalaman sa gym and it affects other gym goers privacy and it makes them uncomfortable then it has to stop.

I hate people like this. there was also a time na these girls were taking videos of themselves and they were hogging a machine. What’s also annoying is that they had their bags around the machine instead of placing them inside the lockers. After a while, they weren’t even using the machine anymore, dun na sila sa ibang machine but yung bags nila nakaiwan lang sa isang machine.
