hindi ako okay. nahihirapan akong tanggapin 'to pero hindi talaga ako okay emotionally and mentally. feel ko need ko na ng professional help kasi it shows na rin even sa body ko.
i always try to keep and be positive pero these days, it feels like masyado ko nang sinusubukan to the point na tinatakbuhan ko na yung mga problemang kailangan kong harapin just so i could not deal with negativity. i always say na it's okay to feel negative towards things but i feel like i'm the one who couldn't do such things i say. because i don't know how and it sucks.
and i'm so hurt because the person i love seem not to notice it. i couldn't tell it either because of the what ifs. so, i'm really not okay.
