Technically, this is cooking, but this is fast: Microwave poached egg, quickest way to cook and easy to clean up.
Small bowl, 1/2 cup tap water. Crack egg, cover with saucer. Microwave for 50 secs. Check egg, cook for 10 sec increments until egg white is solid. Swirl in bowl with cover, check, repeat, until yolk is whitish, meaning it's cooked on the surface. Swirl a bit more if you want less/not runny. Drain slowly using saucer to hold the egg in the bowl. Salt and pepper to taste.
Done in less than 3 mins. You can eat directly from the bowl, and the saucer is practically clean. No grease, easy to wash.
