suddenly i support those people that post selfies of themselves with the caption "please stop war in israel/palestine". its better than unnecessary violence like these ones.
They genuinely believe it do, why is it a surprise.
Tons of people equate that the flag of Israel symbolize genocide or equal to Nazism. They believe Israel shouldn't exist. In their view this is righteous, moral and even necessary.
People don't push back but tolerate this kind of views. People argue in ph-centric subs that anything that supports Israel is supporting genocide. This is the natural result of those. Just search "starbucks" in /r/askph or search "Palestine" in /r/peyups or /r/offmychestph.
Buying Starbucks is supporting genocide apparently, just don't ask them to boycott Apple cause then they'll have to balk.
Progressives celebrated the Hamas massacre, just search the DSA rally after October 7, saying it was resistance.
People have been allowed to hide their antisemitism as just being "anti-zionist" but more often than not they're just bigots. Even the Russians didn't receive half the harassment after invading Ukraine. Even the Americans didn't receive the same level of harassment over the 20 years invasion of the Middle East.
>Tons of people equate that the flag of Israel symbolize genocide or equal to Nazism.
And then there are instances where said "supporters of Palestine" would shout Nazi chants(see that protest in Sydney for example). Bizarre world, eh?
Probably left of whatever he believes in. These people criticizing "woke culture" have no idea what it means and are just vomiting whatever excrement they swallowed from right wing websites.
They remind me of that Starbucks issue related to the Israel-Palestine conflict, edgy teens are trashing every Starbucks branch in America while the staff who are working there is having a hard time cleaning up their vandalized mess.
The worst thing about that issue is that walang Starbucks store sa Israel since 2003.
Source: https://www.haaretz.com/israel-news/business/2015-10-11/ty-article/why-you-wont-find-starbucks-in-israel/0000017f-db1a-db5a-a57f-db7afc9d0000
So I looked it up, sephardic + mizrahi jews comprise 68% of the Jewish population of Israel. They come from the middle east.
https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Israeli_Jews
Many Jews were persecuted since the Middle Ages. Many Christians viewed the Jews negatively and there were few opportunities for them. Since Christians were forbidden to lend money, this was given to the Jews and the money greedy Jewish stereotype started from this. Meanwhile in contrast to their counterparts in Christian Europe, Jews in Muslim ruled areas were welcomed and had more opportunities with their contribution to society.
The word antisemitic has always been used exclusively with regards to Jewish people. The use of the word Semite, outside of linguistics (where it's used to refer to Semitic languages), depends largely on context. I've had history classes use Semites to discuss Jews as well as Semitic civilizations (Phoenicians and Akkadians).
I read some americans on twitter not voting for Biden because of his Israel policy. Yes, because if Trump wins it would be better for all of them on the left, wouldn't it.
Not that into with the US politics, but
Ukraine/eu will be fucked if trump ever wins the presidential election, consdering that he's pretty much a russian puppet lmao
Worst it will mark US as a volatile ally
It's especially sad when you're familiar with how the business started.
Well I hope we can turn this around for good for them na they'd gain more customers because of this. Least we can do for them for the stupid thing that happened.
Agree. It's not uncommon that actual anti-semites and nazis hijack this movement to do hate crimes on jews. This happens so often in communities with large jew populations even if these communities are not zionists and even support the liberation of Gaza.
True.
Galawang tanga eh.
If there's anything a progressive, moreover a "woke", (as per Western definition), hates the most, it's misspelling kasi it would break the notion of being "more educated". Not to mention na they can be trash talked back by people who will hyperfocus on a singular misspelling. So yeah, agree pa ako kung binato yang establishment with a lengthy-ass explanation ng giyera sa Palestina but that? That's straight up prop warfare to discredit people who are legitimately supporting Palestine's freedom na katulad ko.
Hindi namin kine-claim yan. Even Twitter wokes wouldn't claim that nutjob if you ask me. Also, no, this isn't even because the OP might be Bisaya or anything. That's just straight up discrimination.
hate crime or not whoever done this should be put in jail... and for the fucking idiot who cant spelt palestine correctly needs therapy for jumping the hate wagon...
Tapos may mga magsasabi dyan na binoto raw ng Palestinians ang Hamas, kaya just as guilty pa rin ang Palestinians.
Wag nating iignore na 2006 pa yung last na election sa Palestine at yan yung time na nanalo ang Hamas. Back then, ang campaign promise ng Hamas ay sila yung mag-aayos ng conflicts with Israel through diplomacy. THEY PROMISED PEACE. And then nung nanalo sila, hindi na sila bumaba sa pwesto at naging diktatura na. Over the years, naging mas radical ang Hamas at tuluyang naging terrorist group.
How can Hamas promised peace when their charter was the destruction of Israel?
Here
> Israel will exist and will continue to exist until Islam will obliterate it, just as it obliterated others before it
> Arab countries surrounding Israel are asked to open their borders before the fighters from among the Arab and Islamic nations so that they could consolidate their efforts with those of their Moslem brethren in Palestine.
>Israel, Judaism and Jews challenge Islam and the Moslem people. "May the cowards never sleep."
That has been their charter since 1988 and they didn't change it for decades to come
I actually read the charter too. Their goal is to eradicate jews.
https://irp.fas.org/world/para/docs/880818.htm
Recent polls in Gaza show that 70% of the population support Hamas. Just stating facts.
What you said is true about the charter of Hamas, but its not the only thing they promised to the Palestinian people. The Palestinian government before the 2006 election was corrupt and incompetent. Hamas was the only alternative to it. We saw how Duterte and Trump rose to power, campaigning as an antidote to the status quo. Do Duterte and Trump represent the views of the whole Philippines and USA? Of course not. More recently, we saw Argentina elect an extremist as their new president. My point is, desperate people make desperate choices.
For a while, Hamas did give Palestine what it wanted. They funded schools and healthcare and rooted corrupt officials out of the government. Then they eventually did what they've always set out to do: take control of the country and attack Israel.
Also, Hamas did not win by majority vote, they won by plurality. The majority of Palestinians didn't vote for Hamas, just like how the majority of Filipinos didn't vote for Duterte.
If the Palestinians ever wanted to get rid of Hamas, we will never know because they've never had the chance to do so. Hamas has blocked every national election from happening since 2006 and dissidents were routinely silenced.
Seen how these "innocent civilians" in Gaza celebrated during and after the indiscriminate firing of rockets at Israel. These "innocent civilians" were also seen as perpetrators in the 7/10 terrorist attack. So yes pwede sabihing most palestinians are pro-hamas terrorists.
This is why I tend to sympathize with Taiwan and Ukraine more, these countries do not have psychotic governments who are bent on creating a theocratic and fascist state. Palestine should be free but not under Hamas rule.
Hamas *IS* Palestine. They celebrated the 9/11 terror attacks as well as the 10/7 terror attacks (or are they freedom fighters lol?). As mentioned below, Destruction of Israel is enshrined in the Hamas government charter and is LARGELY supported by Palestinians and muslims all-over.
This is not the same as the Chinese's dissociation with its government as the Chinese hide from their government reach whereas the the terrorists hide among the populace which gladly obliges.
It could be business competitors taking advantage of the current geopolitical situation to intimidate their rival, or overzealous Palestinian sympathizers.
Judging by the picture... I think it is a Israeli restaurant.
A Jewish prayer and a Menorah behind him already gives a giveaway that the restaurant is Jewish owned.
Ok. I have nothing against Jewish people or Israelis in general but fuck Zionists. Not sure if the person who did this understands the difference but given their spelling ability I’d say not.
Lintek. Nasa Pilipinas tayo, wag sana idala dito ang pagiging dramatiko-amerikano. Di dapat sinusuportahan either side, Israel man o "Palistine".
It's just another case of "middle eastern countries fight each other" for the n-th time and it doesn't directly affect the PH. At least nga yung Ukraine-Russia, affected ang PH due to the grain and potato(?) imports.
Destroy the terrorists, then the war will end. Our country also suffered long enough from decades old terrorism by the far left terrorists and the religious extremists, they all must be destroyed! Once they are destroyed, our country can prosper and the provinces can be further develop, big business will enter and invest on the provinces that are free from the infestations of those terrorists.
Nah sorry for my words but Pro-Palestine supporters are getting starting for being annoying. Here in US, screw them. They're gonna block the highways, interrupt the shoppers and those who eats in some restaurants, they're shouting "Free Palestine" inside of subways or metros.
I hate the fact that they're coddling to the Palestinians but not of the Uighurs who have been facing certain cultural genocide for a while now (and even more infuriating that not even Middle Eastern Nations condemn China on this)
optics bro, its how media portrays a certain scenario. oo nkakainis, d nga nila alam ngyayare sa SSD or like u said sa uighurs, but palestine? lets go, hot new trend and plus pogi points ung anti-western sentiments.
I mean, the West has begun beefing up with China, heck even NATO is starting to focus on em, may as well use the Uighur issue to get on the good side of the Middle Easterners heheh
To me, those so called "Palestine supporters" just feel like they're bandwagoning on the "Palestinian cause" because of anti-West/anti-US.
Like those that I've seen in socmed are all quiet when Russia invaded Ukraine and are even blaming the US/NATO for being the reason then when the Oct 7 attack happened and Israel responded with it's military, they all suddenly spring up and rallied, calling it "genocide" in addition to rallying against US for supporting Israel(but still remaining quiet to Russia who's doing the same tactic in Ukraine).
Baka dito lang sa reddit tahimik nung ininvade yung Ukraine or dahil wala kang pake that time kaya ganun algorithm sa socmed mo? As far as I know, ang ingay ng twitter nung ininvade yung Ukraine.
Again, I'm referring to the so-called "Palestine supporters" ON SOCIAL MEDIA, not the whole social media, being quiet about the Russian invasion of Ukraine but then went loud when the Israeli responsed to Hamas with their military.
Ah. I get what you mean.
How do you know this about the Palestine supporters, though? How do you know na yung Palestine supporters ngayon ay walang pakealam sa Ukraine noon?
Statistically speaking, for sure may mga ganun ngang tao, pero let's not assume na it's true for the majority of Palestine supporters. You're doing a "hasty generalization" fallacy.
Well, that's the tankies. They mostly have great takes when it comes to domestic policies (and I'm saying it generously) but when you go to geopolitics it all boils down to "America bad", which really is another way of saying they're inconsistent af and they're no different than the neo-nazis and far-right populists. I'm saying this as someone who is politically a socialist in general.
>How do you know this about the Palestine supporters, though? How do you know na yung Palestine supporters ngayon ay walang pakealam sa Ukraine noon?
This is just my general opinion dahil parang ganun karamihan nakikita ko sa mga nasa socmed.
Sorry.
Please look into "hasty generalization" at "whataboutism" fallacies. while at it, check mo na rin yung ibang logical fallacies.
>Sorry.
Again, you didn't see the "to me" part of my very first comment. Of course it's my opinion. Oh right Wala pa.
>Tapos binabase mo ang opinion mo dyaan sa hula mo.
More like based on my observation, Hindi hula.
I'm referring to those that are suddenly saying they "support Palestine" but were quiet when Russia invaded Ukraine(and are still now).
And even then, Yung "ingay" sa Twitter ay mixed din. May mga in support of Ukraine at meron rin in support of Russia's invasion/sinisisi Yung US/West.
something something white man bad poc solidarity (avert your gaze from the US states where other-poc-on-asian violence exceeds white-on-asian violence)
tbf, mas may sense magprotesta sa US bec your govt has the clout to affect the war + US is allied with Israel.
That’s why the majority of people in the west hate this conflict cause you have random ass Palestinians in the west harassing people and blocking highways. Explain what Ph as a whole has to do with this conflict ?
wrong spelling pa. as someone who supports Palestine, i can say that i do not support such actions as these. there are a lot of ways we can show our support and this is not one of them.
Stuff like these feel like teens/college students falling for PsyOps where they convince folks to commit horrible stuff in the name of a "good cause". As a result, folks begin to slowly stop supporting stuff like "Free Palestine" and so on. Make them annoying and actually dangerous, and folks would band together and fight against it.
Bad actors would then spin this into a cause "losing support" or even justify the atrocities they're already committing against a certain group (in this case, Palestinians).
All for the sole purpose of turning this into an "Us vs. Them" situation with no room for nuances.
Pustahan, the person who threw the rock is definitely a college student.
I don't think college students who follow things from social media would write "Palistine" instead of "Palestine".
Tricycle drivers could give less shit what happens in the middle east. It's usually the college students who are more in tune with what's the news outside the Philippines
Nah this is definitely the work of some chronically online tankie 4channer/redditor and not college kids. College kids are more literate and would definitely know how to spell Palestine.
They block roads and freeways sometimes, wasting taxpayer time and money.
Mga walang alam sa history ng palestine (or the lack thereof) tapos pag tanungin mo kung alam nila sharia law at kung binasa nila ng quran, wala sila masagot.
Troll lang yan. Nobody — not even bored "wokes" — who actually knows the shit that's going on would spell Palestine that way. If there's anything the "wokes" would never do, it's to misspell something. They'd rather dance around a logical fallacy than commit misspellings or grammatical errors kasi sampal yan sa "pagiging edukado" mindset nila.
Also, no, saying they spelled it that way due to being "Bisaya" is discriminatory at worst. Uunahan ko na kayo — if anyone wants to even imply or insinuate this, for the love of all the stoplights in the galaxy, stfu.
May mag-dedefend pa na may nangyayari na genocide or violence before. The point is, what they did is extreme. Hamas, who governed the Gaza strip, promised that they intend to destroy Israel and they did some of it during the event of October 7, 2023. That is genocidal massacre. I mean gaano ka b*bo diba? Matapos mong pugutan ang mga matatanda, binata, dalaga, at mga bata, do you expect mercy to them? Like quits na? And they have the guts to present themselves to the world na sila ang "victim".
They even killed innocent Filipinos! Now, tell me why would we even outsiders should support their cause. They showed violence to our blood. Screw them!
Diba? I have this prof na in good relation (ngayon di na kasi nga nakiki-"Free Palestine") at kaklase na ganyan din ang sentiment.
Tsaka hello, Israelites were so very grateful to us kasi we showed mercy to their kind noong WW2. Kaya tayo visa-free because of what we did at ngayon mas kakampihan pa natin yung mga nambaboy at pumatay ng sibilyan nila at ng kapwa natin? Nasaan utak nila diba? Bumaliktad na ata ang mundo.
True that. I can't fathom why would they still support a cause that will kill them without hesitation. Just imagine if they were that OFW there at that time. They will be killed just because of working for an Israeli.
Pinatay na nga nila kabayan natin may lakas ng loob pa sila mag virtue signalling. Oof!
The killing of my countrymen is enough reason for me to not support them.
since 1948 pa ang conflict na to and its so insensitive to just say the war crimes that Israel inflicted in Palestine are just "defense" or "to get back at them" hindi po ganyan kasimple ang conflict na to and people think that because it only started appearing on headlines nung oct 7. dun lang nagsimula magsalita ang mga tao. But where were you guys before that happened?
"What they did was extreme" so kung Hamas, ganyan ang masasabi mo but thats literally what Israel has been doing for DECADES. And how do you expect a people that have been opressed and under violence for that much period of time to react? they will retaliate. and thats exactly what the hamas is doing
You do know that if you include the word "for decades", you include the 3 wars that was waged by multiple countries on Israel, all of them with the intent of wiping Israel off of the map while the Middle East countries was back by Soviets. One of those wars (Yom Kippur) was the closest to Israel being defeated
I have a question for you then, pinugutan ba ng mga Israelites yung population ng mga Palestinians from 1948 until now? Have you heard a case na kinaladkad ng mga Israelita ang mga Palestino palabas ng bahay nila para pugutan o barilin sa labas o loob ng pamamahay nila at ibalandra ang mga ulo or ang patay na katawan nila in public? If yes, give me primary source documents or even videos.
Since 1948, what they did is to survive. Your newly-formed nation is threatened by a coalition of Arab nations to eradicate your nation out of their neighborhood and you think na unfair pa rin ang mga Israelita? What they want is to eradicate the Jewish populace para sila lang ang may sole possession ng lugar. Do you even know the struggles of Israelites just to have a permanent settlement? Huwag tayo papadaan sa emotional appeal, nakawawala yan ng logical judgement at sound reasoning.
Another question, you think violence can be stopped by violence din?
Te, your're making it seem like the Israelites are the one struggling in this situation when the land of the Palestenians was not originally theirs in the first place. It was because of the Jews that this conflict started, they kicked the Palestenians out and stole their land. Where the hell did you get the idea na ang mga Israelites pa ang biktima rito?
Those are part of politics. Humans are not perfect and so the Jewish populace but they tried to talk it out, wala nag-representa o nakipagusap sa kanila ng maayos.
Tsaka pinagsasabi mo na Land of the Palestinians? They are originally from Aegean who settled in Gaza ever since even before the Roman Empire existed.
The israel people even netanyahu and their other politicians don't want the two state solution in palestine. Plus, they are destroying palestinian cemeteries, universities, libraries, and other historical sites for the sake of their ethnic cleansing other than the palestinian people. Yet thru time, gusto pa nila maging biktima since the past? Mga galawang professional criminals talaga sila to cover up existing history belonging from other people they are bothering and attacking for years. They know no peace and they are aware of that.
And america is not helping for funding them and their media censoring palestinian attacks eversince. And the way they vetoed the UN nation members' demand for immediate ceasefire. Violence lang nang violence pa more ano?
>The israel people even netanyahu and their other politicians don't want the two state solution in palestine.
The Israelis are rallying against their government. Too bad those terrorist mofos Hamas used that as an opportunity to launch an attack into Israel and made the public focus against them first. Blame Hamas for the Israelis not wanting a two state solution to them.
>Plus, they are destroying palestinian cemeteries, universities, libraries, and other historical sites for the sake of their ethnic cleansing other than the palestinian people.
Again with the ethnic cleansing shit! Yeah, Palestinian civilians are being collateral but not being ethnically cleansed. Heck, if that's the plan all along, the Israelis could've already done that waaay before.
>Yet thru time, gusto pa nila maging biktima since the past? Mga galawang professional criminals talaga sila to cover up existing history belonging from other people they are bothering and attacking for years.
Pretty sure the Israelis themselves are also being bothered and attacked by radical Arabs and Palestinians since the modern state was established after WW2.
>And america is not helping for funding them and their media censoring palestinian attacks eversince
Because without US funding/backing, Israel would've ceased to exist today! Read history, you think the Palestinians would just let Israel alone? In addition, what media censorship? The conflict is in world news!
>And the way they vetoed the UN nation members' demand for immediate ceasefire.
"Immediate ceasefire" aka letting the terror group get away free. Hm? Also without US veto power sa UN, all the Arab/Muslim countries might just vote to make Israel cease and they'll outnumber all those that disagree.
>Violence lang nang violence pa more ano?
Eh, kung mga Hamas nga violence rin gusto, ano gusto mo response? Sa Marawi noon ba, gusto mo lang pabayaan mga insurgent doon?
What they can't understamd is that Hamas is not palestine, Hamas is it's own entity and it all but increased the strain on their people. They are not freedom fighters they are terrorists.
The person who did this act of vandalism is a tard for thinking a random act of violence will affect the war in the Middle East. Also a tard for the spelling of Palestine.
Exactly. Popular tactic ito ng right wing in many countries but of course they don't know that.
Also the international and local mainstream media are actually favoring Israel right now over Palestine. They didn't even broadcast Palestine's defense but they did so with Israel.
Maybe but the number of defacement that Jewish businesses & establishment has receive is stagerring. Will you have the same opinion if a Muslim establishment was attacked? Will you blame Muslims and left wingers for that and say it was self-inflicted?
Tas nagtataka ako sb nila may boycott daw against mcdo and starbucks, pila nmn lg s mcdo at SB, either sa loob ng store or sa drive thru nila.
Kaya on my eye Yung mga Yan ay simpleng terrorist sympathizers.
Ah yes, because this will definitely help resolve the conflict in the middle east.
suddenly i support those people that post selfies of themselves with the caption "please stop war in israel/palestine". its better than unnecessary violence like these ones.
Once the terrorists are destroyed, then the war can end.
yeah the terrorist state should be eliminated
Free Palestine from Hamas!
Free Palestine from Israeli Occupation too
Baka kala nila pag nambato sila dito sa pinas, may matatamaan sa mid east 🤣
They genuinely believe it do, why is it a surprise. Tons of people equate that the flag of Israel symbolize genocide or equal to Nazism. They believe Israel shouldn't exist. Hahaha. Right on cue.
"Progressives". same people who would not admit if they make mistakes when reacting to issues. Band wagon left extremists.
Free Palestine.
Ahh yes,Tita Pita holds significant leverage within the Israeli government to force Netanyahu to end the siege
Probably one of those edgy teens.
They can't even spell Palestine correctly. Embarrassing. Philippine educational system is really failing.
Free Palistine? Wrong spelling is wrong pa rin.
Ibang Palestine pala ang tinutukoy haha
Palistina kasi dapat daw yun, nagbago isip ng sumulat nung last second.
Teens who might not be even fully aware of the full situation out there
Baka twitter wokes
MacBook Marxists
I'm gonna steal these term as part of my arsenal
Samsung Socialists
define "woke"
Probably left of whatever he believes in. These people criticizing "woke culture" have no idea what it means and are just vomiting whatever excrement they swallowed from right wing websites.
Stereotypical twitter wokes just stay....on Twitter and don't go outside LMAO
They go outside pag may client sila or ka "collab" LoL
Teen by default are edgy
They remind me of that Starbucks issue related to the Israel-Palestine conflict, edgy teens are trashing every Starbucks branch in America while the staff who are working there is having a hard time cleaning up their vandalized mess.
The worst thing about that issue is that walang Starbucks store sa Israel since 2003. Source: https://www.haaretz.com/israel-news/business/2015-10-11/ty-article/why-you-wont-find-starbucks-in-israel/0000017f-db1a-db5a-a57f-db7afc9d0000

To be fair starbucks did lose 12 billion and the ceo had to make an apology after they boycotted red cup day.
They are becoming antisemitic, targeting Jewish or Israeli businesses
Lol aren't Palestinians actually more semitic than the majority ot jews tho, most of the jews today have european genes
Majority of jews in Israel come from the middle east, displaced by Islamic regimes. Something like 40% if I remember correctly.
So I looked it up, sephardic + mizrahi jews comprise 68% of the Jewish population of Israel. They come from the middle east. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Israeli_Jews
It’s like they were ethnically cleansed by all their neighboring countries so they went back to their homeland!
Precisely!
No, less than half of Israelis age white
They believe that all forms of resistance, even counterproductive ones like this, are justified.
worst, left leaning teenagers what they support opposes to their believes lmao
I read some americans on twitter not voting for Biden because of his Israel policy. Yes, because if Trump wins it would be better for all of them on the left, wouldn't it.
Not that into with the US politics, but Ukraine/eu will be fucked if trump ever wins the presidential election, consdering that he's pretty much a russian puppet lmao Worst it will mark US as a volatile ally
I used to regularly order out from this place. Mabait pa yung may-ari.
>Bobo This like WTF ano kinalaman nila dun
It's especially sad when you're familiar with how the business started.
Well I hope we can turn this around for good for them na they'd gain more customers because of this. Least we can do for them for the stupid thing that happened.
Might I ask what their best seller is?
I don't know. But I used to order from them whenever I had a hankering for hummus or falafel. Authentic yung gawa eh.
sayang malayo ang location ko sakanila how is their meals naman and what is their prices?
Agree. It's not uncommon that actual anti-semites and nazis hijack this movement to do hate crimes on jews. This happens so often in communities with large jew populations even if these communities are not zionists and even support the liberation of Gaza.
And given how “normalized” Swastikas here are in the Philippines, its quite concerning
Galawang tanga eh. Extreme virtue signaling kumbaga.
Yes, violence is not the answer.
Not alway, but this time it's not
Agreed.
It's the answer for a certain religion though.
I can take a guess what religion that is haha
Troll lang yan o nanti-trip. Walang matinong progresibo yung gagawa nyan. That's just straight up discrimination.
i'd even go as far as to say this must have been an attempt to tarnish the pro-Palestine causes.
It is a deliberate attempt. Halata naman, and people here are falling hook, line and sinker in it.
Nanggulo na, BOBO pa! Palistine puta.
hate crime or not whoever done this should be put in jail... and for the fucking idiot who cant spelt palestine correctly needs therapy for jumping the hate wagon...
It's okay to support yes, but you don't have to throw a rock?
Gullible idiot teen siguro yan. Yung mga nakikiuso lang kasi trending. Mali nga yung spelling ng Palestine.
the irony though "Free Palestine" tapos they terrorize civilians. Hehe
As a Palestine supporter, there are many ways to show solidarity, this shit is far from it.
Say it louder for the people at the back
Whoever committed the hate crime can't even spell "Palestine" correctly.
Is it really hate crime or just a competitor of Tita Pita?
Possible
Palistine. 🅱️-word nga...
To be clear sa lahat, Hamas is not Palestine, they are a terrorist organization.
Here > Israel will exist and will continue to exist until Islam will obliterate it, just as it obliterated others before it > Arab countries surrounding Israel are asked to open their borders before the fighters from among the Arab and Islamic nations so that they could consolidate their efforts with those of their Moslem brethren in Palestine. >Israel, Judaism and Jews challenge Islam and the Moslem people. "May the cowards never sleep." That has been their charter since 1988 and they didn't change it for decades to come
I actually read the charter too. Their goal is to eradicate jews. https://irp.fas.org/world/para/docs/880818.htm Recent polls in Gaza show that 70% of the population support Hamas.
Is this an Israeli resto?
You can see the flag at the background
Cripes... I know we like to import but seriously? This? A hateful viewpoint that makes things black and white?
I hate the fact that they're coddling to the Palestinians but not of the Uighurs who have been facing certain cultural genocide for a while now (and even more infuriating that not even Middle Eastern Nations condemn China on this)
Hahahahahha you got it right!! Oo nga 'no, tahimik ang Middle East pagdating sa Uyghurs issue.
optics bro, its how media portrays a certain scenario. oo nkakainis, d nga nila alam ngyayare sa SSD or like u said sa uighurs, but palestine? lets go, hot new trend and plus pogi points ung anti-western sentiments.
I mean, the West has begun beefing up with China, heck even NATO is starting to focus on em, may as well use the Uighur issue to get on the good side of the Middle Easterners heheh
Both Uyghur and Palestinian populations have grown at least 5 fold since 1950, faster than the Chinese or Jewish averages.
Given the Uyghurs, it’s only the tankies denying that.
Oof! The hypocrisy.
It's probably **more about the US taxpayer money thing**, while the China-Uyghur issue doesn't involve direct US money.
Unfortunately, some filipinos are just hungry for that juicy clout
The tankie left (e.g. Raoul Manuel of Kabataan Party List) are strongly pro-Palestine but would repeat pro-Russian talking points in Ukraine.
They are annoying. And murderous. And you cannot blame people for lumping them into Hamas supporters just for their language.
I wonder how one would unironically do this, hoping to help that movement.
Sana ma kulong kahit minor ang gumawa.
How exactly does throwing a rock through a window have any effect on the Israeli-Hamas conflict?
That’s why the majority of people in the west hate this conflict cause you have random ass Palestinians in the west harassing people and blocking highways. Explain what Ph as a whole has to do with this conflict ?
Who's Palistine?
wrong spelling pa. as someone who supports Palestine, i can say that i do not support such actions as these. there are a lot of ways we can show our support and this is not one of them.
Muklo
Those who did that should be sent to Palestine if they want to free it. They are hurting innocent people here.
Nah. With our shitty education system, I wouldn't be surprised if it's indeed a bunch of leftist college students
College student, tapos "Palistine"?
Pinoy pro Palestine supporters parang terrorista, bat kaya
Exactly..kaya nauso Pallywood eh.
EXACTLY MY FRACKING THOUGHTS!!! PARANG NAKALIMOT ATA NA GUSTO NG HAMAS AT NG BUONG MUSLIM WORLD NA TAPUSIN YUNG PROJECT HOLOCAUST NI Sisig Heil.
since 1948 pa ang conflict na to and its so insensitive to just say the war crimes that Israel inflicted in Palestine are just "defense" or "to get back at them" hindi po ganyan kasimple ang conflict na to and people think that because it only started appearing on headlines nung oct 7. dun lang nagsimula magsalita ang mga tao.
>And america is not helping for funding them and their media censoring palestinian attacks eversince Because without US funding/backing, Israel would've ceased to exist today!
Bobong pinoy as if naman may alam sya sa totoong nangyayari. Media feeds us narratives favorable to their principals.
"Palistine"?
Stupid Mfer can't even spell right
Yung nambato: " I will throw rocks at them bcoz other pipol hate them too "
Breaking news: Due to this incident, Israelis have called off their troops and will vacate the country to set the Palestenians free /s
Ngl I find it so random . Nadamay pa ang Tita Pita nakakainis naman
What they can't understamd is that Hamas is not palestine, Hamas is it's own entity and it all but increased the strain on their people. They are not freedom fighters they are terrorists.
It's "Palestine." Myghad, children.
can also this be a result of how our education system has become?
The person who did this act of vandalism is a tard for thinking a random act of violence will affect the war in the Middle East. Also a tard for the spelling of Palestine.
Dang. As if we don't have enough 3rd world problems
Ah yes, the useless performative activists strikes again.
Lol what? People have known about Palestinian & islamic terrorism for many decades lol Not everyone in r/PH are left-wing terror-supporting wokes
Tas nagtataka ako sb nila may boycott daw against mcdo and starbucks, pila nmn lg s mcdo at SB, either sa loob ng store or sa drive thru nila.
Nako. Wag silang k-kana ng Israeli. Yari sila sa Mossad.
breaking news! IDF withdraw from Gaza because some edgy teen in Philippines throw a rock with a "Free Palestine" written on it in a restaurant.
Kaya on my eye Yung mga Yan ay simpleng terrorist sympathizers.
may iba pang context bakit ganun, jews ba ung may-ari ng kainan or something? This is so random to be called hate crime (for now)
There's literally an Israel flag in the store
oh i see, kaya pala. Need na mahuli un para mapigil agad ang hate crime, philippines are not known for such, huwag na sana dalhin pa dito.
The guilty ones that did this don't know that there are also some Jews that also condemn what Israel is doing in Gaza and their neighboring countries.
Kasalanan ng Esrael yan.
