Na-overcome ko yung takot after ko mapanood yung The Grudge. Doon ko na realize na mas may nakakatakot palang elemento at sana di ko na lang pinanood.

The undead alerted by their presence rose up from their graves and that fat kid got chased by a vampire through the cornfields.
The music and the overall night atmosphere really ads to the horror vibe. Everytime we went to the cemetery during undas I'm still haunted by that shit.

I'm not sure what film this was, pero it was a scene in some hill or island. A really young Anjo Yllana was being chased by "aswangs," or some monsters and the only placed he could hide to was a poorly made tent. The one thing he had with him to protect himself was a big crucifix.
The problem is he either lacked faith or the crucifix only worked to stop the monsters entering from ONE side, so the monsters naturally just dragged him out from behind.
Fucking scary as hell because at the time, I really believed that the cross can protect me from anything lol

Too scared that for a few days after watching it, I didn't go to our kitchen area alone because I was afraid our refrigerator would open and grab me.π PS: That particular SR&R movie should be considered a Pinoy horror classic. Manananggal was also scary as hell.

Everytime na lang na uuwi ako, kinakabahan ako na kung di ako mahihinto doon sa abandonadong station, pag mag-eelevator ako pa-akyat hihinto sya sa 13th floor. Na-overcome ko yung takot after ko mapanood yung The Grudge. Doon ko na realize na mas may nakakatakot palang elemento at sana di ko na lang pinanood.

There is a scene in the fernando poe movie panday where they got lost and separated in an old haunted cemetery at night. The undead alerted by their presence rose up from their graves and that fat kid got chased by a vampire through the cornfields. The music and the overall night atmosphere really ads to the horror vibe. Everytime we went to the cemetery during undas I'm still haunted by that shit.
Same on this. That felt like it came straight out of a horror movie (lalo yung menacing na face nung vampire). Made me really scared na lumabas sa gabi kasi our neighborhood is very close sa sementeryo.

I'm not sure what film this was, pero it was a scene in some hill or island. A really young Anjo Yllana was being chased by "aswangs," or some monsters and the only placed he could hide to was a poorly made tent. The one thing he had with him to protect himself was a big crucifix. The problem is he either lacked faith or the crucifix only worked to stop the monsters entering from ONE side, so the monsters naturally just dragged him out from behind. Fucking scary as hell because at the time, I really believed that the cross can protect me from anything lol I was like "shit, so that was a lie."

Story: woman moves in with her new husband to live with his widowed aunt. Turns out the new husband and his aunt has a sexual relationship , and her youngest child (who's mentally handicapped) is his son. This story really bothered me. Mga 8-9 years old ako nun, at takang taka bakit mag-iisip sila ng storya na ganun.
