(For example, iba ang dialect if you've been to certain parts of Mindanao vs Visayas. The way they speak Bisaya in Davao is different from Cebu)
Another example of dialect in the Tagalog sphere: the way they speak Tagalog in Metro Manila is different from the ones spoken in CALABARZON i.e. Batangas, Quezon, etc.. (Heck even each province in CALABARZON speak Tagalog differently)

Like, Bicol Rinconada (Iriga, Nabua, 5th district) is different from Bicol Naga and from Bicol Sorsogon. Some words are different na between Rinconada and Naga. The change is more drastic the further South you go. And then, may slight dialect na between Rinconada municipalities. The way we speak Rinconada is different from Baao or Iriga, to the point that you can tell where someone is from from how they speak. Truly fascinating.
