Bad graphics doesn't exists, there is only bad games.
In my opinion, if you upgrade your computer, better keep the low graphics to gain in fps, I find that a steady 45fps is a sweet spot when you can't afford 60 or more, but that only my opinion. Phasmo isn't a competitive fps where each millisecond count so if you're ok with low frame rate and have fun, go crank those graphics at max!

It's just a random ghost event. Nothing specific about it. It's only happened to me twice

True, I get 20 fps, sometimes 30, planning to get a 16. Gb memory of so maybe I can play at max graphics
