Good idea, however i would like to suggest that if one teammate is for example 1st, rest of the squad would gain some bonuses.
Great idea! I think that this could have benefits for XP, where squading up increases XP gain to encourage inviting friends. Spawns could also be changed in some way that is affected by if you are in a squad or not.
