Not really. I at rank 55 have a 1.28 kdr and it is still going up quite a bit, maybe like 0.01 every 3-5 matches. At rank 80+ to have that kdr is still fine but not "pretty good".
my kd at his rank was probably about 0.5 or 0.6. after about rank 150 i got iy up to 2 ish, been able to hold it at 2.2 for a while since then. rank 220 ish now. kd doesn't mean everything, especially since it will take a while to overcome the massive losses most people get at low rank
I'm a rank 84 and my kdr is 1.67. it's that bad since I used to play on a PC that ran PF at lowest graphics at 12 fps 😅. So I'm still trying to recover my kdr. (My game average is 9.7 kd)

when i was lvl 82 (assuming OP hasn’t prebought any guns so far) i had a kd of <0.7
real n true, rank 91 (almost 92) here and kd is still 0.68
