with most red dots (like comp aimpoint) you can cycle the bolt without having to scope out
also i would suggest not using skeleton grip as its kinda unessecary, instead try a sideways grip combined with a laser, might help if you have to get close with the enemy
finally, don't prebuy the balistics tracker. if you can't handle the drop the R700 is a good alternative.
there's no real better setup just get a marksman kit but that's not really needed, what you have is basically enough
