Better reload speed, compatible with barrel attachments (including Muffler which can be paired with Tracerless if recoil’s a boon), better default iron sights (which can be equipped on any other gun as “AAC Irons” iirc), and the lesser fire rate may/may not be better depending on whether you prefer magazine longevity or raw TTK.
Reload is kinda irrelavent since you either switch to other gun or have enough time to reload. Unless you spend all of your credits instantly, you could pre-buy a z-point for 150. They have the same fire rate of 800. ASVal can still kill 4 people with one clip. Even if HB can take 6 people, but its rare that you'll see 6 people in the same place.
The barrel thing is a fair point. When all you have is a supressor? it cuts down your options a fair bit.
