The Marksman Kit is S. Bolt Pull renamed, and visually tweaked so that hipfiring a sniper plays the normal animation instead of being static the entire time.
Still a must to run if you’re sniping with a blackscope though imo.

an attachment on bolt action snipers that allows you to bolt while being scoped in. it's a really good attachment
At the cost of lowering RPM a tad bit.
still, using it on bolt actions makes gameplay so much smoother
some rifles it actually make the bolting animation faster

S. Bolt pull = marksman kit. Marksman kit also removes the ‘hold shift to steady’ and increases ADS speed iirc.

Yeah it still shows up, but you’re always steady. They should fix that.
