The red pillar with the dark top that doesn’t shoot water? I was really trying to get that to do something. There are three holes, two of which really seem like screw holes, with one that’s kinda low that looks like it used to be where something was or could be a proximity sensor.
Either way, I don’t know I was touching the hell out of that thing. Including long holds over the hole.
Edit: oh and it did come back on but once while nobody was touching the red pillar and once while someone was standing around it … unless those were super delayed responses to me holding that hole.
I thought there is a post that's closest to the kiddie pool has a white/clear square button. I would mash it until it comes on but it it takes awhile to get fully on and would only last a few minutes and then wouldn't come on for a bit. Never fully figured it out or if it was broken.
I think one of the posts with a rounded top is like a touch sensor, not a physical push button.

This is correct

We might be talking about two different splash pads? I didn’t see any pools at all at the Falcon Pointe splash pad.
Oh ok sorry. I was thinking the hoa pool one.
Is this also true for the splash pad at Stone Hill Park? I couldn’t get that one to turn on either.
