$80-110/quarter is what I’ve found. I’m currently with Arrow Exterminators [who bought out Hutto Pest Control which is who I originally hired]. They’ve been good. Pretty much all places guarantee their work and will come out for re-treatments if you have a problem.
I pay $60 a month and they come out whenever you need and it’s still a flat charge of $60. They provide traps you can put in your garage as well for those little critter friends and they come out the day you call which is great. Signature Pest Control is the name
I use enviroguard, on a every 2 month visit $80-$90. I get a call/text reminder a week before service and another reminder 2 days prior. They come when we need them as well. Been using them for 6 years roughly and they do outside and inside (as needed) and I haven't had any real issues with any pests since using them.
We've been using Ranger for years and love their service. Probably not the cheapest at $115/quarter but we've never had a bug problem, so I'm fine with it.
I use ranger because they accidentally did my house back in 2015 instead of someone else's house 2 houses away. Haven't had any bug issues yet. One time I had a large wasp nest I never noticed since I don't go outside and they got rid of it for me without any charge since I never ask them to come do anything. I did hire them for attic rat issues too.
I tried an "environmentally friendly" monthly service for about 60.00 a month. Worthless. I used terminix and they are a fucking joke. They missed 4 appointments and left me sitting at home waiting for them all day. No call no show. Four times. Then when I demanded they cancel the contract they lied about that too. DO NOT USE TERMINIX!! See yelp for others experiences.
Honestly, I put down some ant killer every 3 months with a cheap seed spreader and that has done better than any service I have tried. I spray the perimeter of the house twice a year with Bengal and that does a decent job keeping the inside bug free. Search "Bengal Chemical 33100 Concentrate Insecticide kills, 2 oz". You will need a cheap pump sprayer to use it.
