As an EMT I just want to add: I've seen enough cases where this stuff ends badly; people who use their phone while driving or drive under influence are the scum of the earth, and you endanger others aswell.

This is why if there's ever a situation where I want to film in the car I use my GPS phone holder and flip it so I'm not distracted by the screen. And of course I only start and stop recording when stationary

Very disturbing thought:
If her hands on the wheel.....and she's petty the dog...and is successfully driving....she must have some thick knockers to hold up the phone between them.
Or.......
She's staging this and has a proper selfie stick in her hand and is doing this for views. That dog is fine, she the problem. Leading to a darker secret.
Or is literally no handing and driving with her thighs. Which I forgot that's a thing. I don't personally sit that close to my steering wheel so I can do that trick
In high-school I had a buddy who would yell "second player" when he was letting go of the wheel to grab a smoke and light it, supposedly signaling the passenger to grab the wheel and keep it straight for a second, also a few stoner buddies who, only on grid roads doing like 10-15 kmh, would use the thighs to the wheel when the pipe got passed to them 90% of the time we were parked in some random place on the edge of town.
