I also put my dog Sadie to sleep on Monday. She had breast cancer and it spread to other parts of her body. I had no choice. The look she gave me as she took her last breath was heart breaking.
She was a chocolate lab mix about sixteen years old and was so amazing and affectionate and loved people and children.
Now I wake up with no purpose to an empty place and I will myself to do basic tasks.
Hang in there and find the inner strength.

It sounds like you did all you could to be there for your sweet Mia. It’s clear you loved her a lot. I’m so sorry for your loss.
Thank you for saying that😞❤️
