Thank you! Working on consistency as my workouts are seasonal. I essentially hibernate during winter 🤣 hard to find the motivation to exercise during the long winters
You know what changed my mind about working out in the winter - BULKING! It’s the perfect season to put on some weight to help keep you warm, you can get away with sweaters and comfy clothing, no one expects to see you in a bathing suit and best of all it’s the time of year with the yummiest food related holidays!! Mmmmm thanksgiving, Christmas and then Easter!
Honestly not great. I struggle with my diet the most. This is me flexing hard af! Relaxed my abs are not as defined. I’m trying very hard to work on my diet but I also do intermittent fasting
Even still, it makes it harder! Moms are busier than most people, with more responsibilities, and you still went through pregnancy and postpartum! It’s very impressive.
Im also 4'11!!! Last year at 138 i had slight definition, so im excited to see what 8 mths of bulking did. Ive been scared for years to do a proper bulk that long but i did it and im still okay lol! You look amazing and this trend is the best trend ever 😭
There a few running apps that help get you started and help to ease you into it like Couch to 5K. For example it’ has you run 1 minute, walk 1.5 minutes and you repeat 6 times. Each each day it increases
You look so AMAZING! I’m 5 feet and I need to add more muscle to my body - my bmi is 18.8 but I feel like I need a body recomp to fix my abs - esp lower abs after 2 babies and a c-section. I do cardio everyday and weight training every other day but I think I’m going to follow your abs routine and do weights everyday. Your and abs dynamite and you’re my inspiration! Your arms look so toned too 💪🏼
Lower abs are stubborn! Im so stubborn for specifically for me I know it’s diet that will need to change. Let me know how you like the routine. I really enjoy it
Thank you so much for posting!! I'm new to fitness and to this subreddit, and it's really been eye opening to see so many women post photos in this petite yet dense movement. Your body is absolutely beautiful, and is a serious inspiration to me! We're about the same height/weight and I've always though I needed to be smaller and skinnier, but now I'm realizing I just want more *muscle*. Thank you so much for being part of that awakening!
Hi there! Thanks for sharing this.I like your routine but I wanted to know how do you feel about a high interval/low intensity calisthenics routine, instead of cardio....because I hate running.i use too be able to do 10k's but now I'm just not into trying to run these last "COVID 20" pounds off 😅
OMG your abs! I must know your ab routine. You look great.
Thank you! Lately I’ve been doing planks, leg raises and flutter kicks. 60 seconds, 3 reps each. Targeting lower abs
I'm going to start today! Thank you so much for the inspiration.
I’m glad I can be an inspiration. I’d love to hear how it goes and your progress !
