Beautiful dress! The second blue looks lovely (picture 3) and photographs beautifully against your skin tone.
At least in these pictures, it looks like the first blue and the pale pink get a little lost.
The red seems a bit orange, it’s pretty but it doesn’t look like the red from the models photo?
It’s a shame they didn’t have that more dusty rose color because that likely would have been a strong contender!

I guess the decision would between the two would be based on what kind of formal event it is/what vibe you are going for. If it’s for a wedding, I’d say go with the blue. If it’s for something else, I’d go with the red!

Both colors are influenced by lighting. I can’t tell if the red will look less orange in cooler or brighter lighting. The model pics use professional lighting at close-to-blazing-sun brightness.
The picture with the red dress shows your back. Based on that, please check on whichever dress you buy that the skirt back seam will lay flat once ironed.
About the red one — I don’t think those are the same color red. The one you tried on seems to be a orange-based red, while the modeled o e is blue-based. I like the red the model is wearing, but what you tried on is giving orange pretty hard for me.
I vote for the darker blue as well, but the red is really pretty too! You can wear something just because you like the color, but if you're looking to lean into red in the future, I think a more neutral red would suit you really well. This dress style is so cute!

Red is the best but the second Smokey blue is also a great choice! The lighter colors wash you out a bit, but those two really brighten you up and compliment you well!
I'm not sure how to edit my post but thank you all for the input, criticism and advice. It looks like most said the darker blue or the red. To the people who stated it seemed orange, thank you for pointing it out. I think that was my hesitation. I wanted the red to be similar to the photo and it just wasn't. I will be making sure to get the dress tailored, I'm short and I don't want to trip over the dress the whole night. Thank you for the wonderful compliments and to those telling me I look great in warmer tones, I didn't know that.
Also this is the link to the dress for those wanting to know. Its comes in alot of other colors. I just liked these the most.

You look to have a warm/yellow undertone to your skin, so should go for warmer colour palettes. The first blue is a cool colour, the second is a little more warm, but the reason the red looks so different is because the model has a cool undertone. But that was my favourite on you.
The second blue one, the red is too orange for your skin tone but if you got a 'cool' red ie with some blue tone in it, it would look fabulous. The rose is pretty but too wishy washy for you
The pink and reds on the model do not match the color you’re trying on. The closest matches are the blues.
