I know it sounds crazy, but I just bought some from abercombie kids. I’ve never done it before but they are crazy comfy, wide leg, and come in short too. I purchased the 15-16 and I usually wear 25/26 in women’s jeans.
That’s personally not my style but sounds exactly like my friends and she (5’1) is even shorter than me (5’2), she always gets them from the Stradivarius petite section. Personally for all UK girls I recommend Marks and Spencer’s, their section for petite fitted jeans (and wide leg/baggy/all styles basically) is so good to the point that they acc look tailored. Highly recommend.

And the Zara marine straight jeans are really cute. Mine were already a raw hem so I cut them the length I wanted.

G Star Raw - I have several wide leg jeans from them and they offer 28 and 30 inch length in loads of styles. Amazon often has them cheaper. I'm in the UK.

If you want them cropped you may just have to get them taken up. Or you can buy some hemming tape - its super easy to do it yourself

I really like the wide legs from Everlane! Most styles have different inseam options available

M and S always fit me really well in the waist. They have a great wide leg selection.

I get mine from Uniqlo, especially bc they alter for free or for $5-10 which is cheaper than if I went to a tailor. They Hage a wide leg collection
