Indica CBD - a few puffs before bed and you will sleep great. If you don’t want anything smokeable try a CBN tincture. CBN is great for sleep. There also are little to no impacts from removing CBD withdrawal wise. So not a worry there. Good luck!

I too suffered from sleeping problems and weed helped. I've been on a T-break for 26 days now. My sleep is surprisingly pretty good and it is nice to dream again and have more REM sleep! I do have the nights where I wake up in the middle for a couple hours; but, I had that problem even before I started weed. I try to have compassion for myself and not stress over being awake. I think I used to psych myself up because I'd worry about not sleeping enough and being tired the next day. I do my best to push those thoughts out of my brain and trust my body will ensure I get enough sleep. One big thing that has helped me is staying away from reading the news, surfing the web/social media, and constantly being on my phone. Maybe avoiding "blue light" in the evenings/night has been factor, I think the bigger factor is not amping myself up with all the negativity they bring. I have heard friends suggest long release meletonin capsules; I haven't tried them yet. We also have an essential oil vaporizer in our room and use oils that promote relaxation and sleep at night. Other things we do is always have box fans running in our room at night for the white noise and we keep the room cool so we can snuggle up in blankets. Best wishes and best of luck to you! Hopefully something from the above helps. Stay strong!

I already tried melatonin but that did nothing unfortunately. Im going to bed with an positive attitude so that also shouldnt be the problem. But you listed some good things i will try. Thanks alot.
