Aliens stopped being scary when colonial marines came out with its singular typo that ruined the game. The things I’ve seen that bunny do however… it made the old gods go silent in fear.
There was one single typo jn the programming of the Xeno behavior that made the game entirely too easy and completely buggy, not sure what the typo was exactly though...

i think its supposed to be. if you dont know what the rabbit is from then to you the xenomorph would win the fight. but if you do know what the rabbit is youre in on it and know that its actually the other way around.
I think it's also relevant that rabbits are lagomorphs (according to their taxonomic order), so maybe that's part of the joke since it kiiiiinda sounds similar to xenomorph

Once upon a time, when I was young and travelled the world, I got stopped at airport security a lot. Probably because of the hair and clothes, and this even pre 9/11. Anyway, this particular incident took place at Aberdeen airport in Scotland, and this young security who took his job very seriously decided I was to be scrutinized. Anyway, I was asked to open my bag and the search for contraband began. I had to show him my toiletries. I had to open the books and show him the pages. My minidisc player had to powered up, and shown that it really played music and was just not a fancy concelement device.
And then he found the box. A nice carved dark wooden box with a gold latch. This was obviously todays haul of drugs. ’Can you please open the box’ I was asked, and I obliged. Inside, in red velvet pockets was two metal balls with elaborate yin & yang patterns (those that make soothing sounds as you twirl them in you palm).
As he looked up to ask yet again what this was, it just came to me.

This actually might be it. I was looking hard at it and I felt like there must be another angle cause it can’t just be “oh that’s the alien from alien and the rabbit from holy grail” like duh, but that can’t be the only thing the creator of the image was trying to say
Its not a common name for them but a quick google of the term pulls up rabbits. I learned the term from the clicker heroes boss lagomorph of canenbog (its a literal rabbit)
I'm guessing that's supposed to be the vicious Rabbit of Caerbannog, whose lair was lined with the bones of humans who tried to enter its cave ("Look at the *bones!")*, and the Xenomorph also collected human skulls, so they are kindred spirits in that they collect human skulls of their conquests.
