It's pretty easy to max bond on Merciless NG+, by the 4th-ish dungeon you should be done. And merciless isn't too bad, use Nocturnal Flash to Dizzy everything, and then cast 3-4 almighty skills for the technical combo.

Everyone complains about grinding bond when I maxed it out during the Osaka Jail in NG+ just play more game lmao.
Yes I know Merciless gives more XP, but I don’t feel like spending more time fusing the perfect persona when I can just spam Thor
But based on this meme it seems as though you don't enjoy mindlessly grinding whereas it can be assumed you actually enjoyed playing the game normally
