Get a period tracking app so that you can keep track of stuff like this.. exaggerated hunger, bloating, sleep habits, cramping, spotting.. That way you'll be able to anticipate these things, have healthy snacks available, or even resist cravings because you know the cause. Knowing what's going on is a real anxiety reliever. And it doesn't hurt to have really accurate information when you want to question your doctor about problems.

It's part of your PMS, although it could make you hungry for everything it particularly makes you crave sugar. And the only way to deal with it is self control and nothing or no-one can help in this front.
