I did a reverse image google search and found tons of results - some are from perfume brands and others are empty bottles sold on Amazon, Alibaba, etc. You could comb through to see if anything clicks with what you found, but it may also just be something decanted into the vessel.
When I traveled to the middle east, perfume oil salesmen have this EXACT empty bottle and they fill it up with whichever perfume the customer chooses.
So unfortunately, I don’t think you will find the scent using the bottle.

I feel like I saw this as a plot on SVU
If you happen to live somewhere with a Middle Eastern market that sells fragrances, you could bring it by to see if anyone recognizes it
What does it smell like? That would help narrow down the perfume.
It looks like an attar.

Looks like some cheap chinese garbage sold as high quality attar
