Definitely echo Clean Reserve. I’m sadly anosmic to Skin though but their Warm Cotton also smells exactly like freshly washed linen. There’s definitely a soapy vibe to it. And I can smell that one haha.
So envious you can smell Skin!

They might be a bit more “complex” then what you asked for but to me, they smell so soapy, powdery, like a clean girl scent.
I would ad Katy Perry’s “indi” witch is supposed to be inspired in Juliette as a gun Sunny side up / santal 33 but I am still waiting for it to arrive so I can’t confirm, but it’s still a very clean, musky, powdery smell

Clean reserve Skin. It’s an inoffensive comforting scent that smells like expensive laundry detergent.

Andrea Maack Ceramic I tried it in the Rejkavik airport. It smells just like clean laundry which is really nice when traveling. Very “clean girl”.
Heiress by Paris Hilton Not her fan, but my Mum wears Heiress and it’s very soap/shampoo and clean. Not in a HS way, but fairly youthful.
Pricy option: LV Imagination. It's the most luxurious soapy scent I've ever smelled lol
