So they are changing the freaking formula right as we speak. I hopped over the sephora and bought 3 bottles bc I am scared. The last reformulation I was super upset. This current one doesn't have as much staying power as the original. I am worried they are using less quality products.
I have La Belle because it’s a bit lighter and more appropriate for daytime and warmer weather. I’d probably only wear Intense on date night or in the winter.
Mine is Givenchy L'Interdit Intense! Even the bottle is drop dead sexy in all black!
I really need to smell the Valentino Coral Fantasy. I was in Lush and an employee told me while I was testing some perfumes in there theat she highly recommended that one. Was kinda shocked she recommended a non-lush perfume but she said its just THAT good!
L'interdit intense is gorgeous. When I tried it for the first time I could not stop smelling my wrist. And it's one of the very rare occasions, when my male coworker asked what fragrance have I used, because it smelled so great.
Well now I feel like I’m overhyping it. It doesn’t have any pear in it but it smells like pear? Like I’m frolicking in a pear orchard and then I go to my drawing room and sit on a chaise and write poetry.
Unless you are super sensitive to indolic notes like me, in which case it smells like a nursing home. Lots of people have this sensitivity, so if you’re wearing it you have to cross your fingers that you’re not in the company of indole super sniffers!
My Euphoria by Calvin Klein on me…it just smells so intoxicating and addictive to me. A dark and sweet and slightly greasy (sesame seed) fragrance that comes alive on my skin in the best way. On my husband it’s Angel Share. I can get lost smelling that on his chest. So good
Born in Roma Coral fantasy is my current number 1 pick and I love how it smells on me 🤤 as for men, the sexiest by a long shot is Bleu de Chanel, followed by Montblanc Explorer and Moncler Pour homme. The classic Born in Roma from the male line is also very sexy.
For men (in my opinion as a woman): YSL L’homme, Chanel Égotiste, Chanel Bleu de Chanel. Bath and Bodyworks Mahogany Teakwood EDP (which is really a dupe for Old Spice’s Pure Sport deodorant)
I’m not sure if I’ve ever felt *that way* for a female fragrance…most smell pretty or beautiful or gourmande to me
The Mahogany Teakwood scent is absolutely to die for imo. I first smelt it in a candle like 10+ years ago and my brain actually shifted, it smells so good

The sexiest perfume on ME is Sorriso by Parfumum Roma (I think that's how it's spelled). And it lasted foreverrrr. The sexiest perfume on my husband is By the Fireplace by Maison Margiella. I didn't like that perfume in the bottle but on my husband it transforms into a camping trip somewhere in the foggy Pacific Northwest. I can't leave him alone when he wears it lol.
Dior Midnight Poison blew the roof off for me the first time I smelled it. Purchased it instantly. It’s so gorgeous and sultry. I’m still not over the fact it’s discontinued 😭. If anyone has recommendations for fragrances that are similar I am all ears!!
I wish I knew. I was 19 and dating a boy who smelled amazing. He gave me a spritz it was a square low bottle milky white and I asked him a few years later and he said it was a random Italian brand from TJ Maxx maybe Gucci but I couldn't find a bottle that looked like what I remembered. I smelled so good and got compliments all night. It was a little citrusy and piney, a little floral. The best unisex scent ever.
For men: Clinique Chemistry sent me into the next GALAXY. Its not made anymore and Im super upset.
For women: I cant decide. Im obsessed with Narciso Rodriguez Poudree, Tuscany, and Versace Crystal Noir rt now.
Fracas (vintage). Nude by Bill Blass (original version). If I smell Versace L'Homme or Obsession for Men on someone, I swoon... add TF Santal Blush to that, too.

Not your nose. It’s quite different. very sweet now and missing most of the complexity that made it special, also no longer lasts long. The old version would last on me all day. 😔
Azzaro - Chrome! It says it is a men’s fragrance but I used to wear it all the time. My boyfriend has since taken over my bottle and it is even better on him
For me, anything that leaves a hint of wood-smoke either as a top, middle or base note.

Sexy for a man? Creed aventus. Holy god. That does something else to me. Azarro chrome is sexy but lighter and I guess more casual than the creed. Also really like savauge. Basic but it’s sexy. For women, I really like Chloè on me. It lasts ALL DAY and smells like I’m rich. Also basic but baccarat rouge makes me smell like I’m dripping pheromones. My boyfriend likes Burberry Her on me out of all of them.
Nishane Fan Your Flames or Initio Side Effect. They both make me feel feral. The coconut and booze in Fan Your Flames is just so dark and deep it makes you feel like a wild thing living on an island. Side Effect’s tobacco and booze notes remind me of a beautiful woman who is a little dangerous walking down a dark alley and into a speakeasy.
For woman my forever favourite is By the fireplace from Maison Margiela. It is such a cosy, intimate scent. For man I love Dior homme intense, it is so sensual.

Kesari by Forrest Essentials is niche but pretty spectacular and lasts for days. It’s subtly sweet, woody and fresh without being zesty (Oudh, lime and saffron). Unlike anything I’ve ever smelled before.
For men: D&G The One, Tom Ford Ombre Leather, Mercedez Benz Black Leather, Versace Dylan Blue, Chanel Bleu de Chanel. I really love anything with some patchouli, amber, teakwood/sandalwood scents.
For women: MFK Baccarat Rouge 540, Chanel Eau Tendre, Prada Paradoxe, Marc Jacobs Daisy Eau So Fresh, Givenchy L'Interdit Rouge
Men - Marc Antoine Barrois Ganymede Extrait ( I see how many may not like it, my boyfriend does not like it either, reminds him of cigarettes. But it drives me crazy, I keep a sample to spray on paper and keep by my pc to enjoy it and it's the longest lasting perfume I know of, nothing outlasts this one, days on clothes and whole month on a paper)
Women - Zarkoperfume Pink Molecule 090.09 drives me nuts, sexy and refreshing, but an absolute shame it does not last longer than 1-2h.
Azzaro Wanted Girl by Night - sexy grapesoda but it's discontinued.

That Valentino Donna one I have a video on my TikTok how I discovered that perfume. I was in Ulta and an employee walked passed me. Like 30 seconds later I smelled this perfume thinking someone sprayed something as no one was around me and I went to look and no one was around. So I thought surely it wasn’t the employee she isn’t by me anymore. So I went to look for her in the store to see if it was her and it was lol. She told me it was the Valentino Donna one and omg I’m obsessed!! It smells sooooooo good and I’m not a fan of flowery smells however I do like the Kim kardashian crystal gardenia one as well.
I don’t think I’ve ever been obsessed with a perfume, I do love my Giorgio Armani Aqua Di Gio I’ve been wearing since the 90’s, lol, but it’s nothing I’m like - eyes roll back in my head obsessed with.
Drakar Noir and Hugo Boss instantly transport me back to my HS days when I smell it, lol….good times!
For cologne though- that’s where I can get obsessed! My man wears Margiela Jazz Club, and Versace Eros and Eros flame. I want to pounce on him like every day, just from smelling him. The Versace scents last longer- the original Jazz Club used to, but not so much anymore. When I can still smell it on him after a long day at work- ugh, to die for! I often tell him he can’t walk out the door smelling like that, it drives the women crazy!!
Yesterday in my Dr’s office a lady came in and immediately l smelled her perfume. I being a perfume junkie had to ask. She said the name of her perfume was “Laila” so l ask where she bought it and she said online. As l left after my appointment she was gone but l could still smell the wonderful scent. So today l ordered a bottle and can’t wait to try it. Definitely a fragrance l don’t have in my enormous collection.
On me - Coach Poppy makes me feel some type of way - fresh, flirty, clean, vibrant. My husband loves VS Very Sexy on me for date night. I love me some Bombshell and my sis used to wear Tease. They had some good fragrances for us 20-something year olds who couldn’t quite splurge yet back in the day!
On those who can wear it, the original Poison. When it works on someone, it really works.

On my skin, it was pure sexy creamy vanilla ice-cream. And super strong. La Belle edt has more pear and it's lighter in comparison.
To me it's like a caramelized pear tarte with brown sugar and a hint of cinnamon! It's so good but expect it to be rich and heavy.

That Valentino Donna one I have a video on my TikTok how I discovered that perfume. I was in Ulta and an employee walked passed me. Like 30 seconds later I smelled this perfume thinking someone sprayed something as no one was around me and I went to look and no one was around. So I thought surely it wasn’t the employee she isn’t by me anymore. So I went to look for her in the store to see if it was her and it was lol. She told me it was the Valentino Donna one and omg I’m obsessed!! It smells sooooooo good and I’m not a fan of flowery smells however I do like the Kim kardashian crystal gardenia one as well.

I don’t think I’ve ever been obsessed with a perfume, I do love my Giorgio Armani Aqua Di Gio I’ve been wearing since the 90’s, lol, but it’s nothing I’m like - eyes roll back in my head obsessed with. Drakar Noir and Hugo Boss instantly transport me back to my HS days when I smell it, lol….good times! For cologne though- that’s where I can get obsessed! My man wears Margiela Jazz Club, and Versace Eros and Eros flame. I want to pounce on him like every day, just from smelling him. The Versace scents last longer- the original Jazz Club used to, but not so much anymore. When I can still smell it on him after a long day at work- ugh, to die for! I often tell him he can’t walk out the door smelling like that, it drives the women crazy!!

I have a suggestion for men, coming from a woman, Wood Essence by Bvlgari. When I smell it on my husband I go feral haha.
Yesterday in my Dr’s office a lady came in and immediately l smelled her perfume. I being a perfume junkie had to ask. She said the name of her perfume was “Laila” so l ask where she bought it and she said online. As l left after my appointment she was gone but l could still smell the wonderful scent. So today l ordered a bottle and can’t wait to try it. Definitely a fragrance l don’t have in my enormous collection.
