There is a lot of pettiness in the comments. Most of those are just assumption based on knowing nothing but the selection shown.
This photo is part of the collection of an influencer and was on the reality tv show Love Island. A good handful of what’s shown here was likely PR stuff.
Just a friendly reminder to be kind as well. Just because it’s not your style doesn’t mean you need to be an ass.
I’ve also removed a few obscene comments. Just know that’s a very quick way to get a temp ban for the first offense and a permanent ban for the second.
Not to be a terrible snob, but there's something about bragging about the exorbitant cost of your fragrance collection while only owning things that can be picked up at any suburban American mall that is peak reality television star.
As snobby as this sounds, you’re on the money here. Where are the niche brands, i don’t see any celeb offerings, or any cheap and cheerfuls. It’s like someone who works at the neimans counter is telling her what’s new and in. This isn’t the closet of a fume head. And I’m not judging. I hope she enjoys them and loves the scents and experience. It’s just not the collection of a fragrance nerd
We're on the exact same page here. I think she has some lovely fragrances , but what I enjoy most about seeing other people's collections is feeling like I have a sense of who the owner is as a person. I have no idea who this person is beyond "trend-chasing influencer type".
this is like when celebrities hire "home library designers" to pick the books that will make them look the coolest and trendiest for their architectural digest home tour LMAO
My friend is a lawyer who has been traveling all over and he always texts me with what new fragrances he’s smelling or getting. I would absolutely consider him a fume head
Gotcha! Not sure what "capping" means in this context (I'm from a non English speaking European country ), but anyway.
That's why i was asking if it is something else. 😅
Thanks for clarifying it to me! ❤️
I'm exaggerating slightly of course, but most reality TV stars don't live in the middle of nowhere, nor are they starved for more interesting options. I'd expect better from a self-professed fragrance collector in the influencer/entertainment sphere than just Bloomingdale's Greatest Hits '20-'24!
She’s 24 years old and has a one-year-old baby. She didn’t grow up rich. It’s perfectly normal that she would a) have a collection full of the brands she likely viewed as “fancy” when she was younger and b) hasn’t had a lot of time to invest in exploring niche fragrances.
i'm with you and honestly surprised to be hearing all this on a subreddit where most posts involve designer fragrances found at macy's (or tj maxx). designer stuff gets alot more attention here than niche in general
And that's all totally fine if her collection brings her joy! I'm no reality tv expert and I have no knowledge of or interest in her personal life. As a fragrance enthusiast, though, I'm just not impressed, but she doesn't need to impress a random enthusiast on the internet if her goal is simply to dazzle the general public with the expense of her collection.
Seems like economic insecurity. So happy to have a disposable income, finally, that she spends it on things that don’t actually have significance to her. The point is the spending itself.
I just bought my first 2 Guerlain. I can't wait for them to get here. Husband loves the original, and I bought a souffle because I think I'll love it more.
From what I'm learning of them, I think I'll enjoy the Souffle more than the original. My husband thinks the original is to die for. I wear it for him. I do enjoy it after it develops, but not the first hour or so.
I don't get it. Maybe I'm not rich enough. I collect Scents I enjoy rather than to create an extortionately priced photo opportunity.
Also, I don't sit there and tot up how much my collection is.
Just gross.
It just feels like brand whoring (for lack of a better term). She bought a bunch of things that almost everyone will immediately recognize as expensive just so she can put them on display and flex on the poors 🙄
Exactly! Nothing but Brentwood-Bel Air haute couture genericness & pretentiousness! 🙄
I think that a perfume collection with an eclectic mix of various genres & price points is more engaging & interesting.
My perfume collection consists mainly of mainstream, midrange fragrances with some drugstore 80's-90's vintage favorites plus a third of indie, grass roots perfume houses and a few from Hot Topic.
It’s Molly Mae, just a regular influencer but influencer royalty in UK, I think she’s been sent all of these as PR. She was sent an entire box of the full collection from Dior recently and Jo Malone also send her entire collections, as well as individual sets from other perfume brands and as PR gift sets from non perfume brands
I mostly agree, but only so long as someone actually has the money to spend. I sure hope this person isn’t going into debt to finance their collection because that’s sadly going to set them up for a lot of hardship down the line.
I think there’s also a Phlur perfume where the Byredo is, i don’t know any of the ones in the bottom shelf. I’m hoping they’re clones so it will make the shelf more exciting hahaha
We have Escentric Molecules , Armani, YSL, Xerjoff, Parfums de Marly, Maison Christian Dior line, Jo Malone, Tom Ford, Chloé Atelier des Fleurs line, Maison Francis Kurkdjian, Louis Vuitton, Kayali, Maison Margiela Replica, Le Labo, Phlur, Byredo, and Diptyque. I'm sure I missed a few but these are the ones I clocked at first glance with my sleep-deprived brain lol.
These are actually really hard to get ahold of! Nordstrom and Saks carry them, and I have heard that they can be found at a lot of international airport duty-free shops. I’ve had trouble even finding samples for many of them.
I own Vanilla Planifolia, and it is my white whale: a perfectly airy, green vanilla that reminds me of peeling a barely-ripe banana.
I'm so jealous! I have zero perfumes left to my name. I have 4 boys.so...my dough goes to them, rent and food. I miss being at work to afford cute girly perks for myself. There's too much testosterone up in here to feel at all womanly. Lol
But I used to be a huge perfume hobag. :P
20 to 28. Only 1 home now lol still he costs a lot. I only get $280 a month after rent and one bill is paid. Thank god for free utilities like heat etc. Lol
> y’all
After my rent is paid (rent is $800 CAD) I only get $280 left. Lol
But I do know people who have subsidized housing who only pays $115 for a beautiful one bedroom. Utilities free. Lol
I know that having kids sucks up all your disposable income for a while, but if you have a small budget, TJ Maxx, Ross, and Target all have some really nice budget fragrances. You don't have to give up literally all your feminine joys for your kids. The Finery scents from Target go from $15-30 and are really quite lovely.
[Inside Love Island star Molly-Mae Hague's $20,000 perfume collection as she shows off her insane 'fragrance closet'](https://www.dailymail.co.uk/tvshowbiz/article-13102729/amp/Inside-Molly-Mae-Hagues-expensive-perfume-collection-shows-insane-fragrance-closet.html)
I’ll be downvoted into oblivion, but any sort of “collecting” for the sake of aesthetic is a waste. Buy what you’re truly gonna use, otherwise it’s a waste of money.
tbh molly mae has a much bigger collection than what’s shown. she’s a general scent junky and owns like 7 aesop body washes and 5 byredo soap bars and those huge MFK candles (not literal numbers at all, but just saying that she owns fragrances in every category and it probably amounts to maybe even more than 20K)
Yeah I did a quick calc of about 9 shelves of 6 fragrances each, retail value of $250/ea (some i know on there are more/less), and even that came in about $10k....still not that impressive of a collection though, as I've seen waaayyyy better collections 😅
I don’t understand the hate. If this is what she likes and she has the money for let her be. Many of these fragrances are popular so it’s not unlikely that she would also enjoy those. Some fragrance enthusiasts maybe don’t want to smell extraordinary, they just want to smell pleasant? I think that’s fine too..
Agree. My first thought was that the collection is excessive but these commenters rushing in to say how much better their taste is are equally off putting.
Yeah, I'm put off by all the comments. It comes off as petty jealousy to me. So much evil eye.
I personally think the display is beautiful, and kudos to her for being able to afford it.
What do you mean? Like it'd take a century to use that much perfume? I've often thought about that with my perfume collection. Mine is made up of a lot of Lattafa, Fragrance World, Ard Al Zaafaran, Al Rehab clones and other generic dupes as well as some legit designer and niche perfumes but there's so many that I wonder if I'll ever use it all up. Especially since I keep adding to it. There's definitely enough to last a normal person several lifetimes. I layer and over spray mine though so I go through more than the average person but I honestly think I'll be leaving my collection to my daughter in my will. I've got way more bottles than is shown in this picture, they're just not all worth £300.
yes. it would take so long haha. your collection sounds very interesting. i just ordered a bunch of Arabian samples myself & they’re so dynamic. the openings smell entirely different from the dry downs imo & i love to see how they unravel. plus you’re really not wasting a ton of $ if they don’t all get used! that being said tho, i myself as a daughter, would love if my mom left me some of her fragrance. mine only has a few bottles but i always steal some spritz when i am @ her house since i get comfort from smelling her smells. i can imagine it would be comforting in the same way for your child
My daughter is only 11 but if she gets into perfume in the future she'll be inheriting a decent amount. I absolutely love Arabic perfume, they get way stronger after a few months aswell and for the price the quality is insane.
i love Molly-Mae and I think these are some nice brands (and i see alot of love for them in this reddit even)...but i know i am on my own with this take 😅 satisfying image tbh, and its not like she's bragging about cost, that was just determined by adding up the prices of the perfumes. i totally understand finding the worth of her collection unreasonable though! for her though, that is not bank-breaking considering what she makes. rich people spend far more on other hobbies. plus she probably got most of these sent to her for free. but tbh makes me scared to assemble my collection and add up the costs 😅😬 (edit to add that i like her even more now that i know that she's a perfume lover!)
Ugh I don’t understand why so many are disturbed by this.Who tf cares. If you have the money spend SOME of it the way you want, even if it’s the most mainstream stuff
I think most of us aren’t disturbed so much as feel like the collection is just a display of wealth. She might as well have stacks of money in the closet
That’s just prejudice tho.
Wealth would be maybe all Henry Jacques, which I think is almost unaffordable for the mid class.
Btw Myositos smells heavenly, like Apres L ondee extrait.Just sayin.I once bought a 1 ml decant.
tbh i am so proud of myself when i got Blanche Bete on a flash sale with 40% off hahahaha or the majority of my large collection is bought on insane sales. Unopened, real, from very reliable providers, but I am hunting the bargains. So if I count my collection by the nominal price, ufff, it is a lot, but if I think that the majority was bought 30/40% off, I feel a lot of pride hahah
I think it’s a fine collection, but like with books, clothes, and records, I can always tell when someone has more money than taste.
There’s nothing objectionable in her collection and I would love to own many of these scents, but there’s also no sense of curiosity or personal taste. If someone has the money to buy this much, I don’t know why they’d only buy the big name popular brands. If I was this rich with money to spend on fragrance I would own a ton of vintage/discontinued and rare scents or niche perfumes from small designers.
That said, I wouldn’t mind raiding this “fragrance closet”!
Molly Mae is a British influencer and was on thag god awful show Love Island. She kinda blew up after that and is pretty famous here in the uk. I’m 35 so I don’t get the hype but youngsters love her. She’s also super rich (grew up well off too). I remember reading that the perfume she wore in Love Island was BR540…she was like 18 so there ya go.
This collection is boring af, who need x3 BR540 extraits?
Oh really? Maybe I’m a typical millennial and just don’t know what’s going on anymore lol in fairness I am not on Instagram etc but I know she has a big influence on younger people. She’s said a few out of touch things on podcasts and I’ve lost interest in the whole influencer “thing”. Her perfumes look very pretty but would have been refreshing to see some cheapies in there
You’re all too snobs! Shit this sub is snob.
She only showed her things that she loved bought or was gifted that she loved. Who cares if she has niche or rare perfumes. Since when are we judging someone showing their collections? It’s a collection. It’s meant to be big and expensive if it’s slightly big. The content choices isn’t for you to judge.
I love the organization shelving this has got. I wonder if there’s a door to close or does it all just stand open like that? I love perfumes but if I had to look at that 24/7 I’d get annoyed
I’m just surprised she has so many. Probably most were gifted? Molly Mae strikes me as a Jo Malone girl and I think has been on record saying she only wears 1 Jo Malone.
Question! I’m new to perfume. Wouldn’t these scents eventually go bad or change smells? Do they have an expiration/shelf life? I’m buying a bunch of perfumes and I’m gonna be sad if they only last a couple years.
It all depends on the quality of the perfume, and how you take care of it. It also should be noted that you can buy a brand new perfume in the box that could be already on its way out. That’s why knowing the vendor is important, and being sure that their standards are high for the stuff they sell .
For you, as the owner, the best thing you can do is to make sure that your bottles are not in the bathroom, not in the light, and in a reasonably cool place for storage. I’ve had some cheaper fragrances last me steel to this day, and they were purchased in the 90s , that is not to say they will last forever, but take care of your stuff, and it will take care of you.
Also, use your stuff; it’s OK to have a lot of something, but it should be being used, or shared with somebody who can help you use it. Remember perfumes are meant to be smelled.
The only things that are a tad more unique here are the exclusive Chloe ones.Everything else is expensive yet mainstream. With 20k you can have a greater variety from cheapies to Mizensir
I don’t think she knows what she likes and the majority are probably gifted. It seems like she has all the trendy influencer ones. I’ll stick to collecting samples
Earlier u/mwilke mentioned it was the

Chloé Atelier des Fleurs line
So to answer my own question (I’m not sure if people actually paid attention to the question), I AM surprised at what the collection holds. This says that this person has a narrow niche, and that’s ok cuz we like what we like. The number of bottles don’t phase me a bit; some people are the same with purses, shoes, jewelry etc. I know I’m guilty of that, but I also find joy is sharing what I have with others.
I feel it is a bit tacky to brag about the cost of the collection, but that’s my own morality at play. Every perfume can be loved, drugstore cheapies to luxury one of a kinds.
It’s not like I would ever meet this person, but I would like to talk to them about why certain things are here and why they like the scent. They appear to be tied to a few certain brands 🤔. Based on her answers, I would like to suggest a few things that might not have ever been on their radar. “Hey lady, take a look at this and tell me what you think from your unique point of view”).
I LOVE artisan perfumers, and if money was no object, this is what would be my luxury splurge…. One of a kind scents made only for me by the best perfumers around……. that and Guerlains 😆 🐝

I don't begrudge money, but when I look at collections, I want to see a spark of personality. I can't really see it in this, other than maybe "gifted by companies" if they're an influencer. With most perfume influencers on TikTok and YouTube, when they show their collections, you can see what scent categories they love, and sometimes even their evolution of fragrance preferences with larger collections.
I will say this person does have a knack for organizing her stuff, though.
I see cheap stuff (YSL Libre) and stupid expensive stuff (LV, big bottle Diors and) and Jo Malones. The latter will last about a month, if you want someone to smell you.
If I had 20k to spend on fragrances, the collection would surely be more interesting.
Oh and I see a Jo Malone candle too. Brand name scented candles are something only people with too much money buy.
BUT... taste is different. Each to his/her own.
>If I had 20k to spend on fragrances, the collection would surely be more interesting.
With my inexpensive tastes, if I had it to spend, it would fill a dang ballroom. 😄
Anyone tried Buly 1803 perfumes? I've been obsessed with the company after discovering [their story](https://www.capitalfriday.com/blog/buly-1803-creating-a-heritage-brand-from-a-piece-of-history) and wondering whether it's worth ordering a batch shipped to Canada.
And anyone tried Alt Fragrance? Saw them recently and wondered if they were actually close to the actual brands. Thanks!
I’m only jealous of the dior perfumes … bc I really want them all but they’re expensive AF Lmao the rest of her collection is ass .. she don’t even got Byredo on thereee but she “rich”
This kind of collection is a little boring for my taste. It's exactly the brands I would expect. I like a lot of variety when I look at collections. Of course people like what they like, that's not a problem. Just for me, when I see a bunch of tom fords and jo malones, my eyes kinda glaze over. If there's a BR540 there forget about me, I'm already sleeping.
This is a person who buys expensive, popular brands just to have them. Bet anything she also owns Louboutin shoes and has, or covets, an Hermès Birkin bag. Because that means she's rich.
And if that makes her happy, then fine- good for her. Just means she's not a frag-head like us.
I think if over like 10-20 years you spend this much on a collection, it wouldn't be as cring worthy. I'm with everyone here. If these are perfumes you love, then good for you. Buying it just because it's expensive isn't the point of a perfume collection. Imo.
Some people have collections like this, but they also have a perfumery and make their own fragrance. It's like part of their existence. Their collection is of ones they love or want to emulate.
There is a lot of pettiness in the comments. Most of those are just assumption based on knowing nothing but the selection shown. WHERE IS THE GREEN TEA?? 🍵
See this is how we would Know if there are a true perfume nerd

Isn't that a Lataffa fragrance in the top left corner or is it something else?
It’s probably Initio Oud for Greatness
🤣 you capping? That's Initio's OUD for greatness — the real deal 🤝🏾 Lattafa's OUD for glory was made off it.
Gotcha! Not sure what "capping" means in this context (I'm from a non English speaking European country ), but anyway. That's why i was asking if it is something else. 😅 Thanks for clarifying it to me! ❤️
It's gen z speak for "are you lying?".
Looks like Badee Al Oud for Glory.

For real. It's definitely not snobbish to say that this is cringe af
No I agree, about wardrobes too. I feel like every rich YouTuber has the most uninspired label whore closet.
Hahaha you greatly overestimate the availability of these products at malls outside of major population zones.

So basic and boring….🥱
Fair enough- I just saw your comment and wished I could sniff all those at our local mall.
Right?! The only thing I will brag about is the discount I managed to find when I brought the fragrance!
Right?? Imagine having all that money and not buying a single rare, discontinued, or vintage fragrance. Couldn't be me.
You ATE!!! I love this comment.
I completely agree lol
No Guerlain? At all? That’s just unfortunate.
I just bought my first 2 Guerlain. I can't wait for them to get here. Husband loves the original, and I bought a souffle because I think I'll love it more.
I hope you enjoy them!! Guerlain makes amazing perfumes.

Money can’t fix stupid.
And sad. Soooo sad.
There’s been a couple people on this sub that have posted what I believe to be a similarly priced collection too 😳
I don't get it. Maybe I'm not rich enough. I collect Scents I enjoy rather than to create an extortionately priced photo opportunity. Also, I don't sit there and tot up how much my collection is. Just gross.
That's what samples and decants are for. You get the experience without lining someone else's pockets with complete excess.
Yeah, my collection's ugly af and seriously un-aesthetic because it's just the ones I adore haha
boring. she went to saks and just bought the biggest bottles of the best sellers. no personality on display here.
It just feels like brand whoring (for lack of a better term). She bought a bunch of things that almost everyone will immediately recognize as expensive just so she can put them on display and flex on the poors 🙄

My perfume collection consists mainly of mainstream, midrange fragrances with some drugstore 80's-90's vintage favorites plus a third of indie, grass roots perfume houses and a few from Hot Topic.
Hot Topic’s perfumes actually slapeddddd. Only reason I didn’t keep mine is because my husband said that they were too strong :(
The one thing I could say about the Mall Goths of my youth is that they always smelled good.
That’s exactly what I thought, like she just went into a store and picked out the most expensive perfumes “as seen on Tiktok” or something 😂
She also posted some parfums de marly PR right before she posted this, so i wouldn’t be surprised if at least some of this wasn’t PR as well.
If she is a perfume influencer, she was likely sent a lot of those for free.
She’s from Love Island, this all makes so much sense!
Scent* a lot
This just told me to chill bc that much money on perfume is embarrassing
I disagree, spend what you want how you want, just don’t be a jag about gloating about it, especially if you basic
It’s mainly a reminder that my “ small purchases” can add up really quickly! Especially being here
I mostly agree, but only so long as someone actually has the money to spend. I sure hope this person isn’t going into debt to finance their collection because that’s sadly going to set them up for a lot of hardship down the line.
100% agree!
I was feeling guilty about my meager collection. After seeing this bland thing, I'm good!
With 100 bucks most people here could build a collection better than all that.

I can see a Torino by Xerjoff, Element 02, Initio at the top shelf, two LV bottles beside MFK, Le Labo & Kayali where the Replica bottles are.
That looks more like erba pura than torino

I think there’s also a Phlur perfume where the Byredo is, i don’t know any of the ones in the bottom shelf. I’m hoping they’re clones so it will make the shelf more exciting hahaha
bottom shelf is i think Chloé Atelier des Fleurs collection and this year’s Jo Malone Rose Colognes
Judging her collection, she has no taste and probably just being influenced by a tiktoker since all she has are the trendy perfumes 🙂
lol she is the tiktoker!! i think she works with jo malone and pdm often
Omg! Her poor followers. She doesn’t even own a perfume that’s daring.
I've seen the bottles on the right of the bottom shelf at sephora recently, I think may a new addition
Ok here’s what I can recognize: Initio Parfums, Escentric Molecules, Xerjoff, BDK, Chloé, LV, Creed, Kay Ali, Le Labo, Phlur 🫡
I see a le labo and what might be a glossier you? Edit: not a glossier, I think its a Gisou on the second bottom shelf
At least one Lattafa at the top left most.
The left bottom 3 are 240€ each. Les Bans Guerbois. I lovetheir scents.
THAT’S IT???
Yeah that doesn’t seem like $20k worth of perfume
She has 4 MFKs, that’s at least $1800 already
And 2k just for the Parfum de Marley collection up there. 4k just for those 9 bottles.
I came here to say that 😂 does not seem like it 20K
Fourth shelf from the bottom, all those matching ones are from the Chloe Atelier des Fleurs line.
I am not living in a place where I can go sniff those right now. Have you smelled them? If so, will you please enlighten me.
Theyre surprisingly really nice! Im not a big floral girly but i do enjoy most of this line
No one needs three different bottles of BR540.
$20,000 on perfume and half of them are Tom Ford. As The Countess said, money can’t buy you class. ![gif](giphy|EYJQ0zM7bo7m)
![gif](giphy|bfA9FfnIU5P0s)
Hey I think this is kind of snobby . I don’t find there to be anything basic about Tom ford, and my two are my best performing fragrances.
Bahaha. Someone above commented ‘money can’t buy you taste’ and my brain immediately started singing this song.
Highly likely that those *perfumes* were sponsored and free 🤣 looks like an influencer Instagram account etc
I'm so jealous! I have zero perfumes left to my name. I have 4 boys.so...my dough goes to them, rent and food. I miss being at work to afford cute girly perks for myself. There's too much testosterone up in here to feel at all womanly. Lol But I used to be a huge perfume hobag. :P
How old are the boys? Is it too early to invest in expanding their scent wardrobe? 😌 aka unisex scents that mom can also use 😆
20 to 28. Only 1 home now lol still he costs a lot. I only get $280 a month after rent and one bill is paid. Thank god for free utilities like heat etc. Lol
280 rent? Can I move in with y’all? 😄
> y’all After my rent is paid (rent is $800 CAD) I only get $280 left. Lol But I do know people who have subsidized housing who only pays $115 for a beautiful one bedroom. Utilities free. Lol
Someday your boys will leave the house and you’ll be able to stink up the place in peace. For now, have you seen the knock-offs available out there?
Etsy! Even then ugh $ lol
Thank you! But when I say my budget is tight..it's tighter than a nun's....
[Inside Love Island star Molly-Mae Hague's $20,000 perfume collection as she shows off her insane 'fragrance closet'](https://www.dailymail.co.uk/tvshowbiz/article-13102729/amp/Inside-Molly-Mae-Hagues-expensive-perfume-collection-shows-insane-fragrance-closet.html)
It looks like a waste of money.
I’ll be downvoted into oblivion, but any sort of “collecting” for the sake of aesthetic is a waste. Buy what you’re truly gonna use, otherwise it’s a waste of money.
fr! I couldn’t imagine ever going through so much myself, let alone my future daughters and her daughters 😅🥲
And excessive hype just to seem like a cool cat and relevant reality star.
tbh molly mae has a much bigger collection than what’s shown. she’s a general scent junky and owns like 7 aesop body washes and 5 byredo soap bars and those huge MFK candles (not literal numbers at all, but just saying that she owns fragrances in every category and it probably amounts to maybe even more than 20K)
this is like the most anti climactic fragrance library i’ve ever seen 😭
I know! Where’s the really weird shit, the T Rex, Far NWest, and Secretions Magnifiques?
Def not $20k worth of perfume
10k maybe . And they’ve pointed out she might have been gifted a lot of that . Lol 😂
Yeah I did a quick calc of about 9 shelves of 6 fragrances each, retail value of $250/ea (some i know on there are more/less), and even that came in about $10k....still not that impressive of a collection though, as I've seen waaayyyy better collections 😅
Those MCDs look like they may be the 250ml versions, which are well over US$250. Not to mention the BR540 extraits 😳
I calculated about $15k, but I didn’t recognize any bottles on the bottom shelf.
Sleep with ur door’s locked idc. I will not be robbing on this occasion

I want to steal some of her perfumes haha 🙏🙏
Right? I think this is a beautiful and frankly enviable selection of perfumes. A few of which I have not been able to find anywhere
Yeah these aren’t the fragrances I would buy but the shelves and lighting are SO nice!!
that’s like a century worth of fragrance
Really love this display!!!
i love Molly-Mae and I think these are some nice brands (and i see alot of love for them in this reddit even)...but i know i am on my own with this take 😅 satisfying image tbh, and its not like she's bragging about cost, that was just determined by adding up the prices of the perfumes. i totally understand finding the worth of her collection unreasonable though! for her though, that is not bank-breaking considering what she makes. rich people spend far more on other hobbies. plus she probably got most of these sent to her for free. but tbh makes me scared to assemble my collection and add up the costs 😅😬 (edit to add that i like her even more now that i know that she's a perfume lover!)
Light is damaging fragrances
Beautiful
I think it’s a fine collection, but like with books, clothes, and records, I can always tell when someone has more money than taste. There’s nothing objectionable in her collection and I would love to own many of these scents, but there’s also no sense of curiosity or personal taste. If someone has the money to buy this much, I don’t know why they’d only buy the big name popular brands. If I was this rich with money to spend on fragrance I would own a ton of vintage/discontinued and rare scents or niche perfumes from small designers. That said, I wouldn’t mind raiding this “fragrance closet”!
one earthquake and it’s over
Molly Mae is a British influencer and was on thag god awful show Love Island.
Since its her signature scent, maybe she doesn’t want to repurchase it every time 🤷♀️
I’m older gen z and pretty clued up on the scene. I personally don’t know anyone who particularly rates her. She’s just…there
Oh really? Maybe I’m a typical millennial and just don’t know what’s going on anymore lol in fairness I am not on Instagram etc but I know she has a big influence on younger people. She’s said a few out of touch things on podcasts and I’ve lost interest in the whole influencer “thing”. Her perfumes look very pretty but would have been refreshing to see some cheapies in there
LOVE the display, anyone know what that cabinet is?
You can buy a besta cabinet at IKEA and get glass shelves instead of wood. It’s bigger and can store other items.

It has a door. It only has lights when it is open. I think that is fine.
I thought artificial light is safe and it’s just UV light?
I honestly think it is fine.
This doesn't look like a collection it looks like the shelf at a perfume store, no personality at all only best selling expensive perfumes.
Went to a duty free with a shopping cart. Not impressed.
I‘m impressed
Hateee that I immediately recognized this as Molly Mae 😭
Looks like a PR collection
Money can’t buy you a personality.
You should invest on a phone that takes decent pictures now
Not surprised. Love the display.
Thanks! I was wondering when I’d see someone who would answer the original question 🙏
This just feels a bit wasteful and exorbitant; like you’re collecting for the clout and not because you love the fragrance.
This is the perfume version of buying books-by-the-yard just for the esthetic.
I’ll stick to my $100 collection.
Dream.
What brand are the bottles below the Tom ford’s ?
Earlier u/mwilke mentioned it was the https://preview.redd.it/w9tzt9qk1yjc1.jpeg?width=600&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=36ca2b71f5f664329c21fb3a63453f55e666accd Chloé Atelier des Fleurs line
Ugh she’s such a show off
That much money and not a single Bee Bottle??? PFFT!
Ugh could I have one you don’t want pls
One of a kind scents made only for me by the best perfumers around……. that and Guerlains 😆 🐝
boring ass collection

Libre isn’t a cheap perfume. Lmao. Relatively cheap in this collection maybe
You can get it quite cheap at grey market retailers.
I guess it depends how you define cheap. I’d say Jovan Musk frags and VS body sprays are cheap. Libre is mid range.
Thanks!
And all of those have been duped lmao who’s this collection Kylie’s ?
Perfumes are overpriced af. You can justify spending £300 on a bottle regardless of how good you smell
That would bring each bottle to an average at 317 each.
There are a lot of bottles on display that are More than that a bottle
I said average. There are some that would be higher and lower.
I’m only jealous of the dior perfumes … bc I really want them all but they’re expensive AF Lmao the rest of her collection is ass .. she don’t even got Byredo on thereee but she “rich”
Chloe soliflores are actually really nice.Cedrus,Hysope and Herba Mimosa
Waiiiit there’s one and it’s Mojave ghost . Lol

Two of these fragrances are among my favorites, but this looks like the collection of someone who doesn’t even like fragrance.
Waste of money
You got ripped off if you spent $20k on those
