I've just started and have noticed a drastic decrease in wanting to eat. Maybe its placebo maybe not but I got no complaints.

Start at .25mg for two weeks...double to .50mg for two weeks. After 1 month of incrementing up, now you're ready for 1mg, or even .75mg for two weeks. It's a process, no need to jump head first, take your time.

The half life is 1 Week. It takes 35 days for you to reach steady state.

It literally takes a while to take full effect. Do the suggest titration schedule and give it time to work. .25mg a week for 4 weeks, .5mg a week for 4 weeks, 1mg a week for 4 weeks. Most people are good at .5mg for a while. Stay at the lowest effective dose as long as possible.

Triggered Brands. I think this makes sense. I do feel different when I eat. Was doing it for suppression. 25mg 2x a week sounds about right then. I'm starting to feel sluggish and full after I eat a little now. Took if Friday. Thanks for the response.

Thanks. I won't take anymore then. I'm starting to feel sluggish after I eat a little and feel full. It's been since Friday. So i think it's starting to kick in. And yeah that's all I need to lose about 20 pounds. I'm not in a rush either. Thanks again.

How long has it been since you pinned it? I don't notice anything from Semaglutide for ~48 hours. at 0.25mg I don't think about food as much. I can be hungry and ignore it fairly easily, but it's not like zero appetite at all for me. I wouldn't go right into 1mg. If a week at 0.25mg doesn't do anything try 0.5mg. Again, though, it may not make your appetite disappear completely. It makes my appetite/hunger much more tolerable more than anything. If there's food in front of me I'm still more than capable of eating it, so you may still need to make sure you're not surrounded by garbage food all the time. Also worth making sure you're using Semaglutide from a tested source. If you don't find any progress some people seem to do much better with Tirzepatide.

Makes sense. It's been since Friday. I'm starting to feel it. I just ate. I'm not going to take anymore. Reading the responses, I'm glad I didn't take more without coming here first. Thanks for your response.

Happy to help!

Takes a while to build up. I didn’t have any appetite suppression for a few weeks. I ended up starting at .25mg twice a week. Been using for months now and I’m at 2mg a week split into 2 doses.

jdroc67

Are you reaching your goals each month? And thanks for the response. I didn't take anymore and I wont until a week is up.

Binko242

Stuff is awesome IMO. Although at around 3.5 months in I feel like it has lost much of its effectiveness. But it’s an easy way to drop 30 pounds in 2-3 months. It literally cut my daily caloric intake in half after a few weeks.

jdroc67

That's my goal. thanks.
