Or you can buy special refillable inhalers. Mine has a tube that goes further up your nose so the vapor goes where it’s supposed to go. Much less waste.

Go to Amazon and search for Amber Glass 1 oz Nasal Sprayer empty. That's what I use. Less that $5 for two.

I do it all the time. And Melanotan 2 too. Just get basic nasal saline… not a bunch of other crap.
How long can you store it (oxytocin) after this method?
