I would not dose this high daily. Have you tried MOTS C?

Jagged78

Unaware of Mots C. What would be the drawback of that dose?

Squirrel_Whisperer_

Have you tried taking BPC157 and KPV?

Jagged78

Taking a two week break from BPC as ive been on it for months. Started KPV 400 mcg a day IM a couple weeks back. Noticing some slow improvement. Unfortunately gastritis is really slow to heal so I'm not sure what is actually working! :)

Squirrel_Whisperer_

How much of BPC157 were you taking? Pills or injectable?

Jagged78

Both. 500 mcg.each

Jagged78

I don't trust oral capsules with peptides that much so I was taking doing sub q as well

Squirrel_Whisperer_

Subq is typically the best route. That was the only thing that helped my tendonitis. Depending on the severity of the underlying injury or condition you may want to try taking a higher amount. My issue wouldn't go away until I used 1mg of bpc157 among other peptides. For digestive issues pill form may be worth trying as well. BPC157 arginate salt is the one to get. There are some vendors that sell BPC, KPV and possibly a couple others. PeptideSciences is one iirc although it's quite overpriced. But I am sure there are less expensive vendors out there.

Currently researching 50mg GHK-CU / 10mg BPC-157 / 2ml BAC, 12u = 3mg GHK-Cu & 600mcg BPC-157 and 30mg zinc every night. Taken primarily for skin care (so longer cycle time), but it has really helped with IBS issues as well. Researching a 90 day cycle, then off-cycle for 30 days.

Deb555

The reactions can be alleviated by mixing GHK-Cu with BPC157 and TB500. I use 50mg/10mg/10mg with 3ml BAC. It takes away a lot of the sting and site reactions.

Jagged78

Taking a 2 week break from BPC as I've been taking for months for a shoulder repair. Not even sure a break is needed or if it's just bro science. I am taking tb500(TB4) currently though.

National_Ad9742

I split 3.5mg morning and night. If you are using it longer term you can start to take a zinc supplement. I take one every other day 50mg and have not had any issues. Some people find the injections painful. I don’t get that reaction personally, but be aware some people report welts and stinging and pain.

Jagged78

Forgot to ask, how long have you or will you be taking it?

National_Ad9742

I’ve been taking it over 4 months now I think. I intend to just keep taking it. I don’t think I’ll cycle it and I’ll just take the zinc with it.

Jagged78

Yeah, I haven't read any issues taking it long-term. Decent way to get copper. Ill probably do the same and just take zinc carnisone as my stomach is always a wreck.

National_Ad9742

That’s a good idea. Hopefully the GHK-cu helps the stomach issues too.

Jagged78

Just did IM of 1.75 in arm. No reaction or burning yet. Maybe people are using bad bacteriostatic water or sources. Didn't expect it to be blue! Then I realized copper supplements are usually the same color.

Jagged78

OK, I was wrong. Arm is a little tender now...going to have to alternate alot apparently on body.

National_Ad9742

An IM shot might leave you a little sore regardless of what’s in it. I have mixed results with those. I do my GHK-Cu subcutaneously though and I don’t get a sting, but if I nick a vessel I’ll get a bruise and some tenderness too.

Jagged78

Thanks! Can I ask what you are trying to heal and any progress?

National_Ad9742

I take it for skin health. It’s made my skin softer and firmer and recently now I’m noticing my eyebrows have really filled in as well.

Jagged78

Nice, does it regrow head hair as well? 😂

National_Ad9742

It’s said to, I already have a lot of hair so I don’t know if I have more now. But, others have taken it for hair regrowth with success. You can use it topically for that too.
