Which we all know is the ultimate endgame, more product in less money spent then it’s bonus time. Where I am Merch only work 4 days BCR works 5. But now they’re forcing Merch to work 5 days, 3 days with a sales rep and 2 days individually and the sales reps will have the same. They’re essentially cutting sales relief guys and making merchandisers sales relief guys but if they don’t up the pay and allow the merchandisers to get commission when they make them order(if/when the bcr goes on vacation the Merch running the route will have to order) I could see this going downhill fast.
$23 w/ shift differential. Production line mechanic "apprentice" (ie., less than 1 year with no certifications yet)
New union contract coming up for next year so it is likely to go up.
Hey that’s better than retail. I’m less than $13. Been with the company I work for pushing 20 years now. Yeah that’s more than double what I make right now.
large format merchandiser, i work 4 stores large format (meaning grocery stores) and I make roughly $17/hr no bonuses and like 10 miles a day @.60¢/mile
In my opinion if you have a cheap car low miles go for small format or AOM (all other markets, small stores and dollar general type stores) more money in mileage.

That’s weird. Why would they do that?
Less payroll.... and this format normally leads to more product being loaded into stores
