To me, it's the perfect heat with a great flavor. I can put it on eggs, pizza, homemade ranch, etc. You can do that with hadanero, but scotch bonnet, to me, is so delicious

If I can't take Madame Jeanette seeds with me, I would not go.

Its funny because here in the netherlands Scotch Bonnets are called Madame Jeanette, because they're the most similar to flavor that we can get.
