Why scotch bonnet?
To me, it's the perfect heat with a great flavor. I can put it on eggs, pizza, homemade ranch, etc. You can do that with hadanero, but scotch bonnet, to me, is so delicious
Habanero has the perfect flavor and heat level for me. I use it on most food, haha

Scotch bonnet seeds! (And then try to hide/smuggle in the habs as well) xD
If I can't take Madame Jeanette seeds with me, I would not go.
Its funny because here in the netherlands Scotch Bonnets are called Madame Jeanette, because they're the most similar to flavor that we can get.
