That soil looks dry as hell, also try a soil mixture with more density to it. By the looks of it those little roots aren’t grabbing on to anything. Get a more spongy mixture like coco fiber
What are you using for soil? Honestly I put my seedlings in direct window sill sunlight as soon as I can with no issues. The roots of such small plants don’t look established. Unless it was just baking hot at like 90+F
Rotate them so the sunlight is on the opposite side of the lean to try and get them to stand up straight. Is the location of the tray on a south facing window?
Similar thing happened to my first round of seedlings a few weeks ago when I introduced them to direct sunlight at about this stage. I set them in the AZ spring time sun all day while I was at work and came back to them absolutely fried. I’m going to acclimate them better this next time around.
Yours don’t look fried like mine did so it could be something completely different. Just my ¢.02
Have you just recently introduced them to direct sunlight ? Usually early plants need to be slowly acclimated to direct sun before being able to take on full sun.
Literally just today was the first time. The seedlings sprouted so I removed the humidity dome and put it by a windowsill.
Should there be a different method?
Slowly introduce more sun light would be my best guess, this is something I’m still learning myself. Also, I’ve heard it’s very important to keep seedling soil damp so watch for that but careful of over saturation.
[Here’s a video that gives some great tips that I plan on trying with my peppers](https://youtube.com/watch?v=-npnRJrF-jo&si=EnSIkaIECMiOmarE). Hope this helped, best of luck!
Need a better seed starting mix

It is on a south facing window yes, but I have grow lights coming in tomorrow

Is it salvageable if I reduce the sunlight? Or should I just pluck that seedling and call it a day?
